Lindo hotel em frente às docas e a uma curta distância das lojas, bares e restaurantes. Quartos encantadores limpos e bem apresentados. A única decepção foi o café da manhã, reservamos o café da manhã das 8h40 e, quando chegamos, havia pessoas fazendo fila em todos os lugares para comer, demorando para reabastecer, acabei com pão quente, pois uma das torradeiras não torrou corretamente 4 vezes eu coloquei o pão Através dos.

Beautiful hotel right across from the docks and within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely rooms clean and well presented. Only let down was breakfast, we booked the 8.40 breakfast slot and when we arrived there was people queuing everywhere for food, slow to replenish, I ended up with warm bread as one of the toasters didn't toast properly 4 times I put the bread through.

Ótimo hotel. Os quartos são adequados com boas instalações, incluindo chaleira e chá/café. O banheiro privativo inclui xampu, sabonete líquido, condicionador, sabonete líquido e loção corporal em dispensadores. Não muito por meio de uma vista, mas você não está aqui para se sentar em seu quarto olhando pela janela. Grande seleção de café-da-manhã, mas pode ficar ocupado às vezes. Apenas um comentário negativo leve é que a equipe da recepção às vezes não está disponível, o que pode retardar o check-in / check-out.

I have traveled with my family. We've booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and I am very disappointed with the rooms. In my room, the bed is not comfortable and the mattress makes a lot of noise, my baby couldn't sleep because of the noise it makes when she moves. My parent/sister's room was dirty and the bed looks like someone sleep before they arrived. We complained about it and they change my parents to another room but this new bedroom didn't have a bathroom door. Again, we did a complaint and the staff said they will fix it when we come back to the hotel. When we went back, there are new staff, and nobody knew about the issue. The new receptionist didn't listen to us and kept asking the same question. We're tired and just want to rest but it's impossible. The manager came, as I was losing my temper, and said if the issue wasn't fixed they could fix it now. Of course, it wasn't fixed but we just gave up on compliance because nobody could do anything. I was very disappointed as I thought the Hilton would offer a good experience for my family. I am still waiting for a refund, that was offered but, the same as the rooms, I don't think it will happen.

Great hotel. Rooms are adequate with good facilities, including kettle and tea/coffee. En Suite shower room includes shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion in dispensers. Not much by way of a view but you're not here to sit in your room looking out of the window. Great breakfast selection but can get busy at times. Only mild negative comment is that reception staff are sometimes unavailable which can slow down checking in/out.

My 2 night stay cost £485 incl tax and charges.I thought I would have a special stay at that cost and with name Hilton. However I was very disappointed. There’s littler all around the hotel front. No evening meal served as there was no chef. No steps taken to deal with this- line run a reduced menu.Breakfast was too busy, and the food was below average. No eggs, frozen and low quality sausages. (Over £200 a night remember)The only reason this hotel cost over £200 a night is because they charge that. The cost isn’t reflected in the experience at all. £70 a night tops in my opinion. The room was small and had a ‘view’ straight into the apartments opposite. Also the bar had run out of the wine they advertised. It sounds like I’m moaning about details, but remember the hotel charge over £200 a night. It’s a rip off. And extremely disappointing.

While I experienced a couple of minor issues (shower temperature/pressure and breakfast options), the staff were friendly and helpful. I left a review of the hotel initially as I travel a lot. I have since received a personal email addressing my concerns, with reasoning and how they are going to fix things for future guests. Extremely good customer service that goes above and beyond. I would look to stay again now rather than going to the Hilton just down the road.

A standard Hilton experience. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable for the most part. Breakfast was okay but not overwhelming. The garage parking is not for the faint hearted although appears secure.

Helpful and friendly staff, nice, clean and comfortable rooms make this a great place to stay in Liverpool. The situation of the Hotel, near the Albert Dock allows easy walking to see the docklands sites and is just a short walk from the town centre. The only negatives are the small breakfast lounge that causes queuing in the mornings (the food's worth it though) and the lack of on site parking (although parking a short walk away is ample). I'll stay there again whenever I visit Liverpool in the future - that must surely be the best recommendation?

Eu tive uma estadia agradável no Hampton Liverpool no fim de semana. Os funcionários foram educados e bem informados sobre a área local, todo o hotel estava visivelmente limpo e foi bom ver as instalações disponíveis, como a academia. O quarto era de um tamanho decente e era adequado para uma estadia curta. As comodidades dos quartos incluíam chá e café, uma televisão moderna, telefone, secador de cabelo, ferro e tábua de engomar, roupa de cama e toalhas amplas. A equipe no check-in também mencionou que poderia ajudar se você esquecesse coisas como pasta de dente ou itens sanitários. O café-da-manhã incluiu uma boa mistura de itens quentes e frios, bem como o sinônimo de waffles Hilton. Eu recomendo para uma estadia curta em Liverpool, especialmente porque fica perto das principais atrações, como o Royal Albert Dock e a Arena.

Hotel localizado a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da estação e um pouco menos de carro. É um hotel de 3 estrelas devidamente posicionado. A recepção está sempre aberta e os quartos estão equipados com cama, sofá e casa de banho com base de duche e porta de correr em vidro. A equipe é super simpática e profissional e só merece 5 estrelas, mas o café da manhã é bastante escasso.

Great location. Me and my family went just as lockdown finished. The room was nice and the staff were very helpful. We had requested a cotbed and when we entered the room it was already set up. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast was good. For what we paid we thought it was a bargain. Great value and enjoyed the stay

I had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Liverpool at the weekend. The staff were polite and knowledgeable about the local area, the entire hotel was visibly clean and it was good to see the facilities available such as the gym. The room was of a decent size and was adequate for a short stay. In room amenities included tea and coffee, a modern TV, telephone, hairdryer, iron and ironing board plus ample bedding and towels. The staff at check-in also mentioned they'd be able to help if you'd forgotten things like toothpaste or sanitary items. The breakfast included a good mix of hot and cold items as well as the synonymous Hilton waffles. I'd highly recommend for a short stay in Liverpool, especially as it's close to the major attractions such as the Royal Albert Dock and the Arena.

O hotel era muito limpo. O quarto estava impecável. O café da manhã era bom. Eu diria que talvez faça ovos cozidos e também mexidos. Nem todo mundo gosta de ovos mexidos. Recomendaria o hotel. O estacionamento é um pouco apertado se você tiver um carro maior. Nós dirigimos um Range Rover, o levamos com firmeza, sem problemas.

The hotel was very clean. Room was spotless. The breakfast was good. I would say, maybe do boiled eggs as well as scrambled. Not everyone likes scrambled eggs. Would recommend the hotel. Parking is a little tight if you have a bigger car. We drive a range rover, we took it steady, with no issues.

Sitio bonito y limpio. En recepción se esfuerzan por entender tu poco inglés. En el comedor los camareros son muy simpáticos y agradables. El desayuno está bastante bien.
