“El trato del personal es excelente por su amabilidad y la atención. La ubicación perfecta al lado de Gran Vía, pero se podía dormir bien. La limpieza es muy buena. La habitación es confortable y la cama muy grande con un colchon muy cómodo (mejor que en algunos hoteles de 4 estrellas, según mi experiencia). Es un lugar estupendo para alojarse en un viaje corto a Madrid. Ha superado por mucho mis expectatvas!”

“Even in the face of a pandemic, with closed borders for visitors from outside the European Union, the hotel refuses to cancel the reservation and will charge the full amount. This is an absurd, i strongly not reccomend this hostal!!!”
