“We asked for a handicapped accessible room. What a joke. Having a roll in shower does nothing when the wheelchair can’t fit through the doorways. No way to get in front of the length mirror. No wheelchair turn space. There was nothing accessible about this room. Oh, not to mention the automatic doors at the entrance were broken and no one offered to help with the manual doors. Guests with disabilities shouldn’t have to struggle during their stay. Do better Doubletree.”

“Super friendly staff. The hotel is older but they have been making improvements over the years. It's a little busy here but you can usually get a room and its convenient to the ORF airport. Keep renovating!”
