“El Hotel está bonito y bien ubicado, pero la atencion en recepción no es de lo mejor, llegue el sábado en la noche y no me explicaron bien lo que contenia la reservacion, el cuarto estaba aparentemente limpio el primer dia pero la mesa se notaba que tenia dias sin limpiarse, por lo tanto no estaba sanitizada la habitación además la puerta del baño no sirve y el segundo dia tuve que llamar 3 veces para que fueran a hacer la limpieza, no me cambiaron las toallas, no dejaron papel, shampoo y la mesa siguió sucia, por otro lado el menú es muy básico y repetitivo aunque con buen sazón.En general lo recomiendo si es la unica opción pero no para un viaje planeado”

“Un lugar con un aspecto adecuado para la zona y bien ubicado, a pesar de la situación (COVID) ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles donde me he hospedado, cuenta con agua caliente, servicio al cuarto, y su plan todo incluido cumple al 100, agradezco personalmente la atención de los meseros Aaron, Raul y Carlos pues estuvieron al pendiente de mi familia, pero en general todo el personal fue muy amable, tal vez el internet sea lento, pero sinceramente es de esperarse por la cantidad de usuarios conectados lo cual, en lo personal, es irrelevante, Felicidades y espero volver pronto, lo recomiendo Totalmente”
