“Cons: Bring your earplugs. This has to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. While I appreciate the fact that their is no carpet in the hallways or rooms making it more sanitary, they obviously did not take into consideration the noise that accompanies a family hotel. In addition, the walls seem paper thin as you can clearly hear conversations of you neighbors. When planning a full day at the theme parks, you definitely want to be well-rested, yet staying here you are constantly hearing your upstairs neighbors walking, moving chairs, dropping the toilet seat, etc. we also had the pleasure of listening to someone coughing up a lunch at all hours of the night.Pros: great location for Universal, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. Shuttle buses are clean and seem to be very running all the time. A big plus considering the price of parking at the park. Rooms are cute. Kids enjoyed the decor. Early park access. While nice, we only were able to go on one ride as they have so few rides open and so many guests in the park. Plus, when you didn’t sleep the night before due to the excessive noise, who wants to go that early.Summary: I wouldn’t stay here for again, even if they comped the room. With so many options in Orlando, I’d rather pay a little extra to ensure we are all well rested to enjoy the parks.”

“You get what you pay for. The beds were hard. Pillow stiff and walls thin. What angered me the most was the staff don’t use their own elevators. Countless times the doors would open and it would be full with housekeeping or laundry or garbage. We waited way too long for elevators during our stay. Also the lack of storage in the room was a huge problem. Only three teeny drawers to use. No microwave. I had to walk to the lobby to heat milk for my daughter every few hours!!! Also No coffee pot. Starbucks line was way too long and you couldn’t order ahead. I would never stay here again. The only good part was the transportation to the parks. However many other hotels in the area have shuttles.”
