“Significant mold growing in shower in Room 413! Horrible!! 🤯 I thought intense cleaning measures were in place. Guess not...seems to me as a long-time Marriott member, that COVID-19 is yet another excuse to cut back on staff and services, including cleaning.
Then when somebody showed up to clean they didn't have any bleach to take care of the situation, explaining it's not an approved chemical. Wow, who'd have thunk it. the one household disinfectant you can buy that actually does something to kill mold, and Marriott doesn't use it. Fascinating”
