“A hospitalidade e o serviço foram excepcionais. Eles nos fizeram sentir como uma família. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e acolhedor.O café da manhã era bom e o café estava sempre disponível.A piscina quebrou no dia em que chegamos, o que foi uma experiência extremamente decepcionante !!!! Realmente não foi culpa da equipe; no entanto, foi significativo para mim apenas porque eu estava lá em uma situação estressante para estar com um membro da família na UTI em suporte de vida. A piscina era a única coisa "de férias" que eu iria aproveitar nas minhas férias de 2 semanas. Não consegui nadar nem uma vez. Não vou mentir ... embora o gerente tenha tirado um dia da minha conta, ainda doía. Eu com certeza poderia ter usado a piscina como um destruidor. Deus sabe que eu precisava disso.”
