“The hotel location is very good if you are interested in being close to old town. (In general you can reach almost all the nice places in Rhodes just by driving 30 minutes or maximum 2 hours).
Customer service is good and rooms are cleaned everyday. Pools are opened from almost 10.00 til 20.30.
In my opinion the hotel is good for those who want to relax and enjoying a weekend or a short trip. Lay next to the pool all day without nothing happening around.
The hotel is located on the side where the water in not calm at all. So enjoying the beach is not very interesting also :)
It's not a family hotel. There is nothing special that makes a kid feels,want or can stay a whole day in hotel.
At afternoon/ night there is no activities or program for kids. Through the day it's the same nothing happens.
Every Wednesday the kids place is closed because the worker has a free day or don't know why 😃
Drinks er very expensive. Almost 10€ for a cocktail drink.
Food is exactly the same every morning.
In afternoon the options are better. Quality of food is not always as you expect.”

“Rooms are nice with a view but our bed sheets were a bit dirty. No bags in trash cans.
The food was good for a day and the one after was at a very low level, not what you would expect from a hotel in this magnitude.
The most annoying part in my point of view is that at dinner you are not allowed to use the water tap that you use in the morning, so that they are forcing you to pay if you want to drink anything. I think that if you pay that much for a hotel it is just an embarrassing behavior from the hotel. We have no problem paying for wine and other drinks but tap cold water is just basic.”
