“Mold smell throughout the halls and rooms. Mold growing on the ceilings, mirrors and walls in the hotel&Rooms! Bathroom ceiling was leaking on our heads and crumbling! Chesterfield is in need of a great deal of MAINTENANCE! Do not stay here! The Miami Building & Health Department needs to inspect this hotel! This will be the next Surfside collapse! Staff was unfriendly and didn’t care about any of our complaints.”
