We have stayed in this hotel often while visiting family in Dallas. It's usually very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable clean and attractive and we like the bar. We've had some great cocktails there!

Meu marido e eu tivemos que passar a noite inesperadamente devido a problemas no carro, e todos os membros da equipe se esforçaram para nos acomodar. Isso é o que é o verdadeiro serviço - do tipo que você não encontra mais! Você encontra aqui! A comida estava deliciosa, o quarto impecável e a cama incrivelmente confortável! De longe, o meu Hilton favorito em que fiquei! Manobrista foram incríveis, recepção foi acolhedora e acolhedora. AC funcionou perfeitamente, a cama era macia e os chuveiros eram quentes com toneladas de pressão. Este será o único hotel em que ficarei em Dallas! Estou na estrada cerca de 3 semanas por mês, e nenhum lugar foi tão bom em anos!! Caminho para Hilton, você tem uma equipe incrível aqui!

My husband and I had to unexpectedly spend the night due to car trouble, and every staff member went out of their way to accommodate us. This is what true service is - the kind you can’t find anymore! You’ll find it here! The food was delicious, the room spotless, and the bed amazingly comfortable! I’ll stay here again, for sure!

Nice enough hotel.Friendly stafff.The reason I call this home when I’m in Dallas is location. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is sitting on the toll road for easy access anywhere you need to go in DFW.Hotel is set on a quiet street for a good night’s sleep.

By far my favorite Hilton I’ve stayed at! Valet were awesome, front desk was welcoming and accommodating. AC worked perfect, bed was soft, and showers were hot with tons of pressure. This will be the only hotel I stay at in Dallas! I am on the road about 3 weeks a month, and no where has been this good in years!! Way to Hilton, you have an incredible team here!

I would expect a hotel wearing the Hilton name to be better kept than this one. They clearly have failed to maintain adequate staffing to maintain the basic tenets of a hotel in the class they advertise. I booked this hotel as part of a weekend mommy/daughter getaway for my wife and daughter. I heard back that room service was not even an option, dated interior, and unprofessional staff lacking customer service.

Pelo preço, é melhor ser bom - e foi. Também é uma ótima localização - tudo nesta área fica a uma curta distância. O quarto era limpo e silencioso. Não tive problemas durante a minha estadia.

Dano no veículo!!Fiquei neste hotel e tive uma experiência horrível. Eles só oferecem estacionamento com manobrista, sem auto-estacionamento. Fiz o check-in e fiquei por 2 dias e quando fiz o check-out meu carro estava todo arranhado e arranhado na parte traseira. O manobrista deu ré ou passou algo na traseira do meu carro. Mostrei o hotel e preenchi a papelada deles apenas para ser informado de que não fariam nada para corrigir isso. Paguei seus altos preços de hotel apenas para ter meu carro pessoal danificado. Nunca mais vou ficar lá. Vou encontrar um Marriott para ficar, pois eles sempre tratam bem seus hóspedes. Esse mesmo dano aconteceu com outra pessoa que eu conheço. Pode ser uma questão mais ampla. Cuidado convidado!

Eu fiquei aqui várias vezes em viagens de negócios. Eu sempre gosto deste local. Exatamente o que você espera de um Hilton. Limpar. Moderno. Profissional. Comida decente. Ótima localização. A uma curta distância de lojas e restaurantes. Os quartos são silenciosos. Experimente e o suco de gemas no final do quarteirão. Sucos muito bons! E veja a torrada de abacate do restaurante do hotel!

Car Damage!!I stayed at this hotel and had a horrible experience. They only provide valet parking, no self-parking. I check in and stayed for 2 days and when I checked out my car was all scratched and scraped up on the back end. The valet backed into or ran something across my car back end. I showed the hotel and filled out their paper work only to be told they will not do anything to make this right. I paid their high hotel prices only to have my personal car damaged. I will NEVER stay there again. I will find a Marriott to stay at, as they always treat their guest well. This same damage happened to one other person that I know about. It may be a wider issue. Guest beware!

I’ve stayed here multiple times on business trips. I always enjoy this location. Exactly what you expect from a Hilton. Clean. Modern. Professional. Decent food. Great location. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are quiet. Try and the Gem juice place just down the block. Very good smoothies! And look at the Avocado toast from the hotel restaurant!

Minha esposa e eu hospedado aqui o fim de semana de 4 a 6 março. Foi uma fuga para ver meu sobrinho jogar beisebol e na segunda-feira seguinte foi uma cirurgia muito difícil, então só queríamos uma fuga rápida. Chegamos na sexta à noite check-in tudo estava bom no sábado de manhã percebemos que nosso pote de café não funcionou Então eu fui para a recepção e uma hora depois um novo foi trazido. Então, durante o banho, notamos que o ralo estava entupido e a água realmente flui para fora do topo da borda do piso do chuveiro. Fizemos o melhor possível e, quando saímos, falei com a recepção e ela me garantiu que seria atendido imediatamente. Chegamos de volta no sábado à noite para tomar banho e nos preparar para a noite, nada foi feito no chuveiro. Nenhuma arrumação tinha pego as toalhas molhadas que usamos para enxugar a água. Apenas um flagrante descaso com o atendimento ao cliente. No caminho para jantar, mencionei novamente e, para encurtar a história, foi consertado naquela noite. Fizemos check-out no domingo de manhã, pedi para falar com um gerente de hotel e me disseram que não havia um disponível e, desde então, liguei para o hotel quatro vezes e deixei mensagens e nunca fui chamado de volta e até me disseram que o gerente / diretor do hotel faz não atender chamadas de clientes. Eu não queria escrever este comentário, mas como ninguém devolverá minha correspondência, descobri que não tenho escolha. Maneira muito decepcionante de passar um fim de semana importante

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of March 4-6. It was a getaway to watch my nephew play baseball and the following Monday was a very difficult surgery so we just wanted a quick getaway. We arrived Friday night checked in everything was good Saturday morning we realized our coffee pot did not work So I went to the front desk and an hour later a new one was brought up. Then while showering we noticed that the drain was clogged and water actually flows out the top of the shower floor tile border. We made the best of it and as we left I spoke to the front desk and she assured me it would be taken care of immediately. We arrive back Saturday night to shower and prepare for the evening nothing had been done in the shower. No housekeeping had picked up the wet towels that we used to mop up the water. Just a blatant disregard for customer service. On the way out to dinner I mentioned it again and to make a long story short it was fixed that evening. We checked out Sunday morning I asked to speak to a hotel manager and was told there was not one available and since then I have called the hotel four times and left messages and never been called back and was even told that the hotel manager/Director does not take customer calls. I did not want to write this review but since no one Will return my correspondence I found I have no choice. Very disappointing way to spend an important weekend

El hotel está bien en general. La habitación es grande, cómoda y limpia, así como el baño. El colchón era bastante malo y el desayuno era mediocre y caro.

Front desk was very approachable and friendly. The food/beverage credit was a nice surprise! Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Close walk to many restaurants, Target, and other shopping areas...
