“Was not at all what it advertised. There is no valet for parking, one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. We were responsible for figuring out where to park each night because the hotel lied about the service it offered. Our family suit that was supposed to be a bedroom and sitting room, was set up that you entered through the bedroom, and had all of a 2 ft wide space to shimmy around the beds and get to the sitting room in back. It was a very poor set up, and while it looked like we should have been able to enter in out of the sitting room, there was no access to the door. We were also charged a amenities fee, yet all amenities did not seem to be open. We received no beverage on arrival, and couldn’t use the restaurant or bar on premise as they were closed. I understand it’s still covid, but restrictions have been removed from California. If you are not going to offer the amenities and service, don’t charge for them. The staff was nice, but there was only ever one staff member that we saw, so. All in all, I would not stay again and was extremely dissatisfied with what we received for what we had paid.”

“Hotel Zeppelin is classy and cozy at the same time. Staff is friendly and accommodating, very professional. They have a great play room and clean lobby/seating area. The only reason I'm not giving this hotel 5 stars is because the rooms have an extremely unpleasant smell. It smelled like wet towel/wet carpet and body odor. Granted, when we stayed there it was raining a lot so the rooms smelled musty. I opened the window to air out the room but that didn't help. It got so bad that we had to switch rooms. The front desk said they will "upgrade" us to make up for the terrible-smelling room. When we moved to the new room, the smell wasn't any better. Along with the musty smell, it also smelled like urine. When I looked closely, in both rooms, the carpet is just dirty. I do appreciate that the staff moved us to try to make the situation better though. All in all, the hotel itself, along with the staff, is amazing. If it weren't for the unbearably smelly rooms, I would go back here again.”
