“The fire alarm kept going off every 2 hour from 10pm until after 5am. Then it would go off every 20 minutes or so for another hour or so. No explanation from the staff. The evacuation route took us outside along side the building in an area where the fence was locked so if there was a real fire, there would have been no escaped. No apparent training for staff as to what should be done in case of a fire. Staff did not know to call 911. They called the local fire department. When asked about compensation, we were given a business with the GM name and invited to call him AFTER 10am.”

“Very busy at check in. We were lucky to get our room straight away, but some had to wait a long time. Hotel was very busy as there were 8 cruise ships in port. Room nice and ling bed comfortable.
Had a move meal at Kikies. Close and convenient to port and airport.”
