“Incredible staff. Loved all interactions with the people working here. But the hotel is simply dated... Needs a renovation. Not worth $150 especially with breakfast not included. $190 total including breakfast. Friendly staff, quick shuttle, and newer fitness equipment made me consider 2 stars.
The pool was locked by deadbolt the one night we were there so we couldn't use it. Fitness Center was shoved into 2 long storage closets with no water reloaded in the self serve stations. Breakfast buffet is only available on weekends when the hotel expects more income so overpriced menu only on weekdays. No refrigerator in the room. No bottles of water in the room except from front desk. And once again, the interior of the rooms and common areas need an update bad if they want to compete successfully in this price point.
Hilton needs to audit this one and push ownership to invest in the property to update everything in order to keep the flag. And give the staff a raise for making this property seem better than it is!”

“Shuttle service quality is poor. Tried to use the shuttle to get picked up from the airport. Arrived at 4:50 and waited for the 5:15 shuttle which didn't come. The 5:45 shuttle did a slow roll across the pickup area and then immediately took off, preventing me from being able to get on.
Front desk claimed I was supposed go call them first if I wanted to be picked up, but that is mentioned no where in the email explaining how the shuttle works, nor in the robot that answered that told me to just wait at the pickup area.”
