“Servicio muy amable, y van más allá para satisfacer solicitudes especiales. Pero... Necesitan contratar a un mejor cocinero para el desayuno y poner una cerca de seguridad alrededor de su estacionamiento. A dos coches les robaron las ruedas la última noche que estuve allí.”

“Well first off my daughter saw a rodent in the room our first night there. I actually had to pull the sofa back in my suite to find my phone and there were mouse droppings all behind the sofa. Second, the sheets had not been cleaned properly. Two of the doors were broken. And the mattress for the pull out sofa was damaged looks like it needs to be replaced immediately. The cleanliness was not up to par. However the staff were very pleasant and attentive which is why I gave a 2 star rating.”
