“Great hotel, super clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful -- especially Sarah. She is a rock star-- hold on to her!! Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is to corporate. I know there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel right now but you have to do a better job with signage. Google is screwing people into the ground in a circle through the surrounding neighborhoods. Guests are actually being directed in through an alley. (In fairness, we were there in August so it may have been fixed by now, but geez, at rush hour or in the dark you would have some seriously cranky guests. )”
