“O refúgio no Royalton Negril foi o pior e o pior hotel / resort em que fiquei. Quando cheguei lá, demorou cerca de 1 hora para o check-in. A recepcionista foi tão rude. Ela disse que acabou o plantão ela não tem tempo pra isso (SMH) !!! atendimento ao cliente muito ruim. Quando você tentou ligar para o serviço de quarto, recepção, etc, sem resposta. O quarto era tão desagradável que seu cabelo tinha manchas na cômoda do chuveiro, o espelho estava com impressões digitais, os travesseiros eram planos o quarto cheirava a MOLDE, havia mofo no chuveiro. baratas passando pelas pias. quando a limpeza vem para limpar o quarto, eles trazem mais cabelo com o esfregão para dentro do quarto. (CONTROLE DE INFECÇÃO) pessoas, por favor. Acho que eles sentem falta dessa aula !!! (limpeza) você é forçado a colocar uma máscara facial em todos os lugares para higienizar as mãos. mas deseja limpar os quartos adequadamente. O bufê tinha baratas correndo em volta das mesas. NUNCA TÊM TOALHAS DISPONÍVEIS Não desperdice o seu dinheiro. Resíduos completos. Disseram-me que receberia meu dinheiro de volta, mas ainda não aconteceu. Vou entrar em contato com meu American Express, é meu aniversário, pelo amor de Deus, estou extremamente envergonhado com aquele hotel e a viagem que toda a viagem foi um desastre completo”

“Went to their Hideaway section for the Christmas weekend, at first we were really excited to receive a free upgrade to a presidential suite, which was absolutely amazing. We loved the facilities in the room and found that everything in the room was carefully thought out. That's about where our enthusiasm ended. We had 2 mini fridges in our suite, neither of which were stocked and despite numerous calls to room service, nobody came to restock the room event until the time of check-out. We'd call for various queries and we're always greeted with a pleasant response or whatever they thought we wanted to hear but there was never any follow through. (This included difficulty with online check-in prior to our arrival & room service.) We wanted to have Christmas dinner in an on-site restaurant but upon arrival were told that the restaurants were reservation only and cut off time for reservations ended from 12 noon (3 hours prior to check-in) so only option was to dine at the buffet. Buffet food was enjoyable, not many unique options though. Didn't enjoy waiting in long queuesat breakfast time (like over 30 mins to enter buffet area) We were locals and at times felt like some staff treated us like 2nd class citizens, albeit covertly. Lastly, my pasta was half cooked when we finally got to dine at the Italian restaurant. Overall, Hideaway is beautiful and has excellent infrastructure, our customer service experience was what left us with mixed feelings. If you're completely self dependent you'll have a great stay but it was our staff interaction that lowered our ratings. Organization could be better.”
