The staff at this location are wonderful. They are 100% customer orientated. You will not find a friendlier more accommodating staff. The rooms are not equal to the staff. The room had the scent of previous tobacco use. You can tell they took steps to cover the smoke oder The decor is dated and worn. The carpet in our room close to being threadbare. The bathroom had its caulking pealing away

All the staff went out of their way to make it a very enjoyable stay! They are all very helpful and polite. Very clean rooms, wonderful breakfast and very prompt service, with great attitudes. This will be where we stay in the area in the future! One of the best hotel staff I have ever experienced.

Stay Away from this once beautiful hotel. The overall condition and quality of this place has steadily declined over the past few years. Upon my arrival, I was immediately disappointed and terrified at its dramatic decline. Dozens of what appeared to be homeless men, women and children were sitting on the ground near the front entrance. Some wearing tattered clothes, no shirt or shoes, I simply canceled my reservation and kept driving!

The downside: got to the room and had what looked like black mold in the shower. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. It was a milky color to it. Upside: or room was changed promptly without hassle and the 2nd room was much better. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was excellent in options and quality for what it is.
