“I had a two night stay which was comfy, all amenities deserve 5 star except 30 bucks parking charge for each night also good to know that there is NO MICROWAVE OVEN in rooms and the only one is in lobby next to reception. Ice machine is available in every floor, cleanliness is 5 star. view is beautiful from 9th floor, but the windshield are little dirty though. Rooms and even tv remote control had fully sanitized tag. I enjoyed the evening vibe of lobby and bar and the fire place and small swimming pool is excellent, check all the pictures please.”

“Really poor hotel, staff and amenities. The staff are uninterested in main. They do not want to provide a good customer service experience. The bar is often unmanned, the breakfast cafe was sometimes unstaffed and closed. The bar menu is limited at best. The rooms are not clean. We had blood on the floor of the room and the concierge staff were somewhat surprised we asked for the room to be cleaned. In the end they just put some towels outside the door. Guests also bring their own bags in on trolleys in a 9 floor hotel. The parking is charged to guests at $30 per day without any discount or free access to paying guests. A terrible experience all round and would avoid at all costs if you are staying in Redwood City”
