Reservámos o quarto com 1 mês de antecedência e depois de 1 hora para fazer o check in, o gerente Alexandros que parece muito simpático, disse que havia um problema com o quarto mas que nos ia encaminhar para um outro alojamento ainda melhor. Fomos para a outra ponta da ilha no meio do nada, uma villa sem serviço de hotel, nem spa, e que não se pode sequer chamar de hotel. O gerente do Notos deixou de nos atender o telefone e continuava na internet a vender quartos (para as datas do nosso alojamento) no seu hotel a um preço 4 ou 5 vezes mais elevado do que aquele que tinhamos pago. Este senhor Alexandros é um mentiroso e burlão e este hotel é uma burla porque faz isto sistematicamente e deixa os turistas sem solução e presos na ilha. Não optem por este hotel mesmo que o preço vos pareça interessante porque vai-vos sair caro, para além de terem muitos problemas!Foi a pior experiência de hotelaria da minha vida! Quem me dera ter optado por um hotel de 1 estrela e não ter conhecido esse senhor Alexandros!

El hotel está en una parte de la isla muy tranquila, una zona pesquera con un puerto muy bonita. El hotel increíble,teníamos una habitación con piscina privada que era espectacular, el personal es muy amable y te ayudan con cualquier duda y necesidad. La única pega que puedo poner es que la comida estaba muy buena pero la cantidad era escasa en algunos platos. El desayuno buffet muy rico.

Estadia muito agradável de 14 a 21 de setembro, um período muito bom para uma estadia em Santorini. Os quartos têm vista para o mar, para o porto ou para a praia. Pessoal muito agradável e atencioso. O hotel é um pouco isolado mas é a contrapartida de uma estadia num local notável.

Bom atendimento na chegada, atualizado, funcionários acolhedores, atenciosos e acolhedores. Pequeno-almoço guarnecido e diversificado. Ar condicionado por quarto que oferece uma escolha diferente de temperatura, de acordo com seus desejos. Uma piscina na temperatura certa com a calma que você deseja durante as férias, uma vista marcante do pôr do sol e do pequeno porto. Bonito hotel à direita na faixa da marina. A porta da frente do hotel fica do lado da marina e não do lado de trás, como o Google Maps continua nos direcionando. A piscina não é das melhores, mas a vista do pôr do sol é linda. Melhor parte do hotel, é a vista. Quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Mas as coisas começaram a desmoronar sobre nós. Café da manhã comolimentary, mas muito carente. Os funcionários são todos simpáticos e prestativos. No geral, ótima experiência e belas fotos

Buena atención a la llegada, mejorado, personal acogedor, atento y servicial. Desayuno de guarniciones y diversificado. Aire acondicionado por habitación que ofrece diferentes opciones de temperatura, según sus deseos. Una piscina a la temperatura adecuada con la tranquilidad que buscas durante las vacaciones, una vista extraordinaria de la puesta de sol y el pequeño puerto. Restaurantes típicos alrededor, baratos en comparación con el restaurante del hotel. Notos es un auténtico nido griego con buena relación calidad-precio a la altura de los precios.¡Gracias, ven a Notos! Creemos que Notos es una buena dirección en Santorini.

Bonito hotel justo en la franja del puerto deportivo. La puerta principal del hotel está en el lado del puerto deportivo y no en la parte trasera como Google Maps nos sigue dirigiendo. La piscina no es la mejor pero la vista al atardecer es preciosa. La mejor parte del hotel es la vista. La habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa. Pero las cosas empezaron a fallar en nosotros. Desayuno comolimentario, pero muy escaso. todo el personal es amable y servicial. Gran experiencia en general, y hermosas fotos.

Pretty hotel right on the strip of the marina. Hotel front door is on the marina side and not he back side like Google maps keeps directing us to. The pool isn't the best but the view at sunset is gorgeous. Best part of the hotel, is the view. Room was clean ans spacious. But things started breaking down on us. Comolimentary breakfast, but very lacking. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Overall great experience, and beautiful photos

Falta de limpeza. Para além de baratas no chão, tinha uma varanda que acompanhava o quarto. Pouco dava para apreciar a vista pois o sofá estava imundo nunca foi limpo e a única espreguiçadeiraque havia retirarampois precisavam de limpar...Vergonha

Lovely, friendly hotel, a great pool area with fantastic views of the harbour. The only downside about the location is the lack of quality restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel não no topo como esperado. Um pouco datado e reformado, mas não no topo, nem como limpeza do quarto. Gostaria, mas não posso. Bela vista da varanda, mas não é a melhor para apreciar o pôr do sol. Não é bom custo-benefício Pessoal muito gentil. No geral não recomendado

Ficamos neste hotel por 1 semana. Tem vários destaques, desde a bela vista do oceano até o porto, onde você pode observar os navios indo e vindo. A comida era excepcional. O café da manhã é administrável, mas tudo o que você precisa para começar bem o dia está lá. A equipe de atendimento é ótima, sempre me senti completamente à vontade! Um homem muito simpático trabalha na recepção que nos ajudou a recuperar nossa mala que a Condor perdeu. Muito obrigado novamente de Herr Lother na lua de mel. :) Tivemos um quarto com piscina privada, tudo foi perfeito aqui também. Nós nos encontraremos de novo.

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante 1 semana. Tiene numerosos aspectos destacados, desde la hermosa vista del océano hasta el puerto, donde puedes ver los barcos ir y venir. La comida fue excepcional. El desayuno es manejable, pero todo lo que necesita para comenzar bien el día está allí. El personal de servicio es increíble, ¡siempre me he sentido completamente a gusto! Un hombre muy agradable trabaja en la recepción que nos ayudó a recuperar nuestra maleta que Cóndor perdió. Muchas gracias de nuevo de Herr Lother por la luna de miel. :) Teníamos una habitación con piscina privada, aquí también todo fue perfecto. Nos veremos otra vez.

Hotel no en la parte superior como se esperaba. Un poco anticuado y renovado, pero tampoco en la parte superior como limpieza de la habitación. Lo haría pero no puedo. Bonita vista desde el balcón pero no la mejor para disfrutar del atardecer. No es una buena relación calidad-precio Personal muy amable. En general no recomendado

The service was above excellent, the staff was courteous and willing to fulfill any request. The food was excellent and delicious High level of cleanliness in the rooms and in the hotel itself I will return next time to Greece just for this hotel

I want to say the staff here are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I lost my iphone at the beach nearby. I wondered and asked the hotel if there would be any person who picked up and gave them. The staff would help me to drop down my contact and ask if further assistance could be provided even though I was not their client at all. How helpful they are!

We had the most wonderful stay here. The staff is so incredibly kind and accommodating, Yiannis and Cleopatra at the front desk always went above and beyond. Olga in the spa was so sweet and helpful, she helped us build the perfect spa package. The view from the rooms is insanely amazing, the hotel is right by the harbor and Yiannis helped us book a catamaran sunset cruise which was divine. The included breakfast is delicious and offers a large variety of options. We would come back to Santorini just to stay at this resort!

This is a long story. I had booked a honeymoon suite with Notos for May 2020 but due to Covid the bookings had to be cancelled. But, there was no free cancellation Option because of which we had to get the amount as a voucher for 900 euros to be used another time. We got the voucher and got in contact with the receptionist there in June 2021 and asked her to book us the Honeymoon suite for 3 days.. the honeymoon suite is currently under renovation because of which she offered to put my booking for a junior suite for 4 days. In order to get a better deal I asked her to book a plunge pool suite for 3 days starting 07-10 September as the rooms were 300 euros per night at that point. She asked me to WhatsApp the request and said she will enter the booking in their calendar. I sent the WhatsApp msg to the receptionist but I did not get a reply back from her. I followed up with her again in July but there was no reply again from her side. It was pretty frustrating because the entire Greece trip was booked but the confirmation of room from their side was not available. So I wrote her an email regarding customer handling and then she replied in August that they can offer the plunge pool suite for an extra of 300 euros after voucher amount which makes it 1200 euros. We were pretty upset about it and we decided to go for the junior suite in the end. We expected that she would come personally to us and apologize for her mistake but she did not even bother to make contact with us. I have the opinion that this woman screwed us royally just to make more money from the suites. We were dealt with another receptionist who was kind but it did not help with cooling us. The junior suite room that was provided is another story. The room had cobwebs on the Air conditioning areas and the bathrooms were below standards. Photos will follow.

The Hotel was beautiful with an amazing view, the location was great and calm, away from the crowded center. There was a problem with the wifi connection but by the end of our stay it was fixed. Maria from the reception was absolutely kind and helpful to us. She was struggling to take care of the guests and keep them happy. The only problem was that the staff was overloaded, maybe they need more people to work. Another negative was a couple of guests who were shouting and complaining, they even annoyed other guests by the pool. We were just shocked about their rude and unacceptable behavior to the Hotel's staff. Overall, we had a very nice experience.

Increible nuestra estancia aqui. Reservamos una habitación con piscina privada y vistas a la playa de Vlichada. 100% recomendable. El mejor lugar de la isla para poder ver la puesta de sol. El puerto es tranquilo pero no muy lujoso, para moverte mejor si alquinas una moto.

My wife did her homework and found this absolute gem. It's quiet, not a noisy tourist in sight. Well, maybe one Spanish lady who thought it was acceptable to shout into her mobile phone for an hour...
