“Front desk staff was awesome!!
But when you unfold a bath towel and out comes a cockroach, it’s time to leave. Everything was great up to that point. Big rooms, nice lobby area. Just couldn’t get past our little visitors.”

“Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I communicated that to the hotel, they sent back a response that was clearly a form letter telling me that they have high standards. I suggest they read it and abide by it. What a disappointment. You just want to stay somewhere clean and safe that doesn't smell...Not too much to ask for.”
