Foi uma estadia curta, mas maravilhosa. Eu estava bastante ocupado durante a minha estadia. Sempre que pedi qualquer coisa, consegui, o quarto era confortável e limpo. Toda a equipe é cortês e educada na forma como o hotel é administrado. O café da manhã foi incrível. Aguardo outra estadia.

It was a short stay but wonderful.I was quite busy during my stay.Any time I asked for anything I got it, The room was comfortable and clean. The entire staff is courteous and educated in the way the hotel is managed.The breakfast was amazing. I look forward to another stay.

Ótima estadia. Quarto era espaçoso e muito limpo. As camas eram confortáveis e a sala de estar era exatamente o que precisávamos para relaxar e assistir TV. Tivemos um problema com o banheiro, mas eles vieram e resolveram imediatamente. O Hotel oferece uma recepção de cortesia aos hóspedes das 17h às 19h e eles serviram lanches, vários vinhos e bebidas mistas feitas na hora. É um belo edifício a única desvantagem é que o bar/restaurantes e Starbucks dentro do hotel estão permanentemente fechados. Isso foi uma decepção, mas a fábrica de cheesecake ao lado está aberta. O hotel parece que costumava ser animado, mas a pandemia deve ter tido um forte impacto nele. Ótima estadia geral, pois fica perto de lojas e tem estacionamento! Não posso esquecer o tipo afro-americano de cara alto e pesado que trabalha na recepção. Ele foi muito atencioso e simpático! Ele merece um aumento!!

Great Stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfy and the living room was just what we needed to relax and watch TV. We had a problem with our toilet but they came and fixed it right away. The Hotel offeres a reception complimentary to guest from 5-7pm and they served snack food, various wines and mixed drinks made to order. It's a beautiful building the only downside is that the bar/restaurants and Starbucks inside the hotel are permanently closed. That was a let down but the cheesecake factory next door is open. The hotel looks like it used to be lively however the pandemic mustve had a hard impact on it. Overall great stay as it's close to shopping and has parking! I cannot forget the African American kind of tall heavy set guy that works at the front desk. He was very accommodating and nice! He deserves a raise!!

Hotel precisa desesperadamente ser atualizado. Havia obras de arte que devem ter estado nas paredes em algum momento. Agora só tem buracos. Fechadura quebrada na porta do quarto e sem fechadura na porta do banheiro (uma verdadeira chatice com crianças 😕) A piscina é bem aquecida. Sim, não é enorme, mas isso é DC. Dito isto, outros comentários que mencionam a aula de natação são verdadeiros. O que não seria ruim, exceto que eles têm ZERO preocupação com os hóspedes. A instrutora não moveu seus filhos para permitir que meu filho com necessidades especiais descesse os degraus (ninguém estava descendo os degraus porque ela tinha todas as crianças amontoadas lá) e deixou as crianças atacarem os convidados. O café da manhã é bom. A manutenção da casa era amigável e o local era limpo. No entanto, tudo, exceto CVS e a fábrica de cheesecake, está vago e o cara que nos registrou era 50 tons de rude. Não foi tão horrível que eu nunca ficaria lá novamente, mas não posso dizer que não há espaço para melhorias

Eu estava um pouco nervoso em ficar nesta propriedade no início, simplesmente porque as últimas propriedades do Hilton em que ficamos, nossa experiência foi horrível. Meu marido e eu ficamos agradavelmente satisfeitos com a nossa estadia desta vez. A localização é muito conveniente para tudo o que você pode pensar, o check-in foi bem rápido, nosso quarto era enorme e na maior parte limpo. Quando entramos pela primeira vez em nosso quarto, parte do teto havia caído no chão. Liguei para a recepção e depois de um pouco de confusão, alguém finalmente apareceu e limpou a bagunça. O café da manhã que eles oferecem é incrível em comparação com outros hotéis em que fiquei. A banheira de hidromassagem era boa, mas a piscina era menor, mas, na minha opinião, as piscinas do hotel Hilton são bem pequenas em geral. Apenas esteja avisado que a piscina é compartilhada com um empreiteiro que ensina aulas de natação. Fora isso nossa estadia foi bem legal. Eu consideraria ficar aqui novamente.

Hotel desperately needs to be updated. There was artwork that must have been on the walls at some point. Now there are just holes. Busted lock on the bedroom door and no lock on the bathroom door (a real bummer with kids 😕) The pool is nicely heated. Yes, it's not huge, but this is DC. That said, other reviews that mention the swim class are true. Which wouldn't be bad except they have ZERO concern for guests.The instructor would not move her kiddos to allow my son with special needs down the steps (no one was getting down those steps because she had all the kids huddled there) and let the kids plow into guests. Breakfast is good. House keeping was friendly and the place was clean. Everything except CVS and the cheesecake factory is vacant however and the guy that checked us in was 50 shades of rude. It wasn't SO horrible I'd never stay there again, but I can't say it doesn't have room for improvement

I was a little nervous about staying at this property at first simply because the last few Hilton properties that we’ve stayed at, our experience has been horrible. My husband and I was pleasantly pleased with our stay this time. Location is very convenient to everything you can think of, check in was pretty quick, our room was huge and for the most part clean. When we first walked in our room part of the ceiling had fell on the floor. I called down to the front desk and after a little confusion someone finally came up and cleaned the mess up. The breakfast that they offer is pretty amazing compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. The hot tub was nice but the pool was on the smaller side, but in my opinion, Hilton hotel pools are pretty small across the board. Just be warned the pool is shared with a contractor that teaches swim lessons. Other than that our stay was pretty nice. I would consider staying here again.

Minha primeira vez em DC e eu não poderia ter pedido um lugar melhor para ficar!!! Estar localizado bem perto de estações de metrô e ônibus definitivamente ajudou a tornar muito mais fácil se locomover! Os quartos são agradáveis, a equipe é super simpática e prestativa, e o café da manhã é de morrer! Eu tenho que dar um destaque para Lisa na recepção, não apenas ela estava sempre sorridente e amigável, ela aproveitou o tempo para explicar como chegar aonde estávamos indo e até nos deu idéias de coisas para ver que são um pouco mais fora do caminho batido!Foi triste ver quantas pequenas lojas fecharam e estão conectadas, dentro do hotel, mas ter um CVS no hotel e várias outras opções de restaurantes e compras a uma caminhada de 5 minutos, compensou!Minha única sugestão seria permitir que maiores de 18 anos na banheira de hidromassagem / piscina das 22h à meia-noite, pode ser meio louco na área da piscina quando há um monte de crianças, e não tão relaxante quanto eu teria gostado depois de estar em pé o dia todo. Dito isto, estou grato que eles tinham uma piscina e especialmente que eles tinham uma banheira de hidromassagem!Eu ficaria aqui novamente, e espero trazer minha família de volta em breve!

Altamente recomendado. Conveniente de carro e metrô para muitas partes de DC. O café da manhã de cortesia é excelente. O estacionamento é conveniente. Cheesecake Factory no prédio com boa comida. A construção anteriormente incluía uma experiência de compra de luxo, mas que foi dizimada pela pandemia e pelas compras online. Hotel permanece em grande forma embora.

My first time in DC and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!! Being located right near Metro and bus stops definitely helped make getting around so much easier! The rooms are nice, staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in to die for! I have to give a should out to Lisa at the front desk, not only was she always smiling and friendly, she took the time to explain how to get where we were going and even gave us ideas of things to see that are a little more off the beaten path!It was sad to see how many little shops had closed down that are connected, inside the hotel, but having a CVS in hotel and several other dining and shopping options within a 5 minute walk, made up for it!My one and only suggestion, would be for them to allow 18+ in the hot tub/pool from 10pm-midnight, it can be kind of crazy in the pool area when there are a bunch of kids, and not really as relaxing as I would have liked after being on my feet all day. That being said, I am thankful they had a pool and especially that they had a hot tub!I would stay here again, and hope to bring my family back soon!

Highly recommend. Convenient by car and metro to many parts of DC. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Parking is convenient. Cheesecake Factory in the building with good food. Building formerly included an upscale shopping experience but that has been decimated by pandemic and online shopping. Hotel remains in great shape though.

A equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora. O café da manhã de cortesia é ótimo. Durante a nossa estadia em 19-03-2022 pudemos comer bacon, linguiça, ovos mexidos, ovos fritos, omeletes, torradas, batatas, muffins, torradas c/ toppings, laranjas, maçãs, iogurte, cereais, bagels c/ toppings e aveia. A piscina fica a apenas 4 pés de profundidade, mas isso foi suficiente para nossos filhos. Tudo estava limpo. Shopping está disponível ao lado do hotel. E o metrô tem uma entrada na parte inferior do hotel. Altamente recomendado!!

Esta foi a minha 1ª estadia aqui. 1:Eu não entendi o nome dele, mas o cara na recepção foi muito condescendente, não é agradável 2: ligando para a recepção você não consegue ninguém que você tem que continuar ligando. 3: era apenas um elevador de trabalho, então demorou uma eternidade para entrar e sair do elevador. 4: A piscina não tinha toalhas para você usar. 5 : Eu gostaria que eles tivessem máquinas de venda automática com outros lanches e não apenas nos vendessem. O quarto era muito limpo e o café da manhã era bom. Poderia ser melhor.

This was my 1st time stay here. 1:I didn’t get his man name, but the guy at the front desk was very condescending not a Pleasant 2: calling the front desk you can’t get anyone you have to keep calling. 3:it was only one working elevator so it Took forever to get on and off the elevator. 4: The pool didn’t have towels for you to use. 5 : I wish they have vending machines with other snacks and it not just sold us. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. It could’ve been better.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is great. During our stay on 3-19-2022 we were able to eat bacon, Sausage, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelettes, French toast, potatoes, muffins, toast w/ toppings, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, bagels w/ toppings and oatmeal. The pool is only 4ft deep but that was plenty for our children. Everything was clean. Shopping is available right off the side of the hotel. And the metro has an entrance at the bottom of the hotel. Highly recommend!!
