“Very clean. Michael and Trevor front desk staff all polite. I didn't realize I left my credit card and they returned it to me. Beyond grateful to them. Definitely will stay again”

“Seems like since they were limited with travelers for the past year their cleaning would have been top notch....their hallway carpets are full of stains. Not a great first impression. Seems like they need to purchase a carpet cleaner or replace some areas of carpet. Staff came up with excuses on why some if their accommodations are lacking. Expected a little more proud behavior from Hilton, but seems like they just don't care. Maybe it is the location too partly, hotel circle Seems to be going down hill. Will reconsider where we stay next time in San Diego.”
