I was put in a room for handicap. I asked for a jacuzzi or tub. There was a shower. I had my room changed to a room with a bathtub but still no bathtub. They lied to me. Breakfast was an additional $15 when I was told that it was complimentary. Lied to about the perks. I am an independent travel agent who loves to experience great hotels and eatery. I left rather than extending my stay..

Eu fiz check-in muito tarde. Reservei por meio de terceiros e, quando cheguei ao hotel, eles não honraram o preço que recebi on-line e, se cancelei, eles cobraram por uma noite. . não os poucos dias que eu originalmente reservado por causa da taxa para a noite. Além disso, os quartos eram grandes e confortáveis.

I checked in really late. I booked through a third party and when I got to the hotel they didn't honor the price i got online and if I canceled they charged for one night.. so I ended up stay for the few hours that was left to the day and not the few days i originally booked for because of the fee for the night.Besides that rooms were big and comfy.

Gostei muito da minha estadia neste hotel. Os recepcionistas da recepção foram fenomenais em como eles eram simpáticos e acolhedores. O hotel é geralmente muito limpo e eles tinham uma academia muito boa no local. Eu amo a disponibilidade da chave digital e meu quarto era confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Minha única reclamação foi que não há isolamento acústico e você pode ouvir todas as pessoas falando no corredor e batendo portas e deixando cair coisas acima de você. Não consegui dormir bem, apenas devido aos outros hóspedes. Se você é sensível ao ruído (o que eu realmente não sou, mas se parece que o som foi amplificado), talvez considere levar tampões para os ouvidos. Caso contrário, a localização era ótima, pois há um restaurante/bar decente ao lado, um Target, Best Buy e shopping nas proximidades. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. PS - eles têm o seu cookie de chocolate exclusivo, mas você tem que pedir especificamente à recepcionista. Não será visualmente aparente quando você estiver na recepção.

Customer service was excellent. All staff was very friendly. Room was nice size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very tasty! I definitely would recommend this hotel.

I largely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk receptionists were phenomenal in how friendly and welcoming they were. The hotel is generally very clean and they had a very good gym on-site. I love the digital key availability and my room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. My only complaint was that there is not any sound proofing and you can hear every single person talking in the hallway and slamming doors and dropping things above you. I wasn't able to get great sleep, solely due to the other guests. If you're sensitive to noise (which I'm actually not, but if feels like the sound was amplified), maybe consider bringing ear plugs. Otherwise, the location was great as there is a decent restaurant/bar attached, a Target, Best Buy, and mall nearby. I would stay at this hotel again. PS - they do have their signature chocolate chip cookie but you specifically have to ask the receptionist for it. It won't be visually apparent when you are at the front desk.

O hotel é médio, funcionários simpáticos. A limpeza do nosso quarto era muito impressionante. Peguei alguns lenços desinfetantes na recepção (bom toque!) com a intenção de higienizar todas as superfícies que com certeza tocaríamos em nosso quarto. Para minha surpresa os lenços mal sujaram, não tinha nem poeira lá!!! Pude ver que eles levam a sério o saneamento durante essa pandemia. Ninguém estará limpando seu quarto durante a sua estadia, então se você precisar de toalhas extras ou qualquer outra coisa, você precisa pedir na recepção. O café da manhã não está incluso e custa mais de $14 por pessoa, você encontra melhores opções nos restaurantes locais. 5 estrelas é pelo excelente protocolo de limpeza que eles obviamente seguem.

Wasn't in the hotel 30 minutes before my car got broken into. No security until 11:00 at night. If you want to feel safe stay somewhere else. Staff knows about it and almost found it funny.

The hotel is average, nice staff. The cleanliness of our room was very impressive. I grabbed a few disinfecting wipes at the reception (nice touch!) with the intention of sanitizing all the surfaces we were going to be touching for sure in our room. To my surprise the wipes barely got dirty, there was not even dust there!!! I could see they take seriously the sanitation during this pandemic. Nobody will be cleaning your room during your stay so if you need extra towels or something else, you need to ask for it at the front desk. Breakfast is not included and costs over $14 per person, you can find better options at the local restaurants. 5 stars is for the excellent cleaning protocol they are obviously following.

Limpe um hotel com localização central que oferece estacionamento gratuito. A equipe da recepção não tem habilidades básicas de atendimento ao cliente e eu achei isso durante o check-in e check-out. A equipe de arrumação foi incrível e muito educada. Eu ficaria novamente.

Clean centrallylocated hotel that offers free parking. The front deskstaff lack basic customerservice skills and I found this bothwhile checking in and checkingout. The Housekeepingstaff was amazing and very polite . I would stay again.

O biscoito de chocolate que a Sra. Sharon me deu no check-in foi o melhor biscoito que já provei na vida! Estou tentado a reservar outro quarto para amanhã só para conseguir um segundo biscoito! Lamento não poder adicionar uma imagem do cookie, mas depois de dar uma mordida, não consegue parar.Trabalho no setor de hospitalidade e viajo por todo o sudeste ensinando o curso de Gerente de Proteção Alimentar Certificado ServSafe. Eu passo mais noites em um hotel do que em casa, então me sinto muito qualificada para dizer que a Sra. Sharon é uma das melhores! É fácil ver que ela se preocupa com seus convidados. Passei algum tempo no saguão observando suas interações com vários clientes diferentes e ela ARRANCADA todas as vezes. A Sra. Sharon foi acima e além para garantir que tudo fosse para a satisfação de cada hóspede. Impressionante seria um eufemismo ao descrever sua atenção aos detalhes e cuidados. Ela é uma verdadeira jóia.Sei que a maioria das pessoas lê os comentários do DoubleTree Google para pesquisar o hotel, então devo acrescentar que este hotel continuou o excelente precedente que a Sra. The chocolate chip cookie that Ms. Sharon gave me at check-in was the best cookie I have ever tasted in my life! I’m tempted to book another room for tomorrow just to get a second cookie! Sorry that I can’t add a picture of the cookie, but once you take a bite, you can’t stop.I’m in the hospitality industry and travel all over the southeast teaching the ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager course. I spend more nights in a hotel than I do at home, so I feel very qualified to say that Ms. Sharon is one of the best! It’s easy to see that she cares for her guests. I spent some time in the lobby observing her interactions with several different customers and she ROCKED-IT every time. Ms. Sharon went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to each guests satisfaction. Impressive would be an understatement in describing her attention to detail and care. She is a true gem.I realize that most people read DoubleTree Google reviews to research the hotel, so I will add that this hotel continued the excellent precedent that Ms. Sharon began at check-in. My room is spacious and tastefully decorated. I also applaud the housekeeping staff because everything appears very clean.I have already alerted the person in the company who books my hotel stays that I need to come back here again. Thanks DoubleTree and Ms. Sharon.

Esperaba que fuera mejor, desde el comienzo no cumplieron con la bienvenida de Hilton Honnors, la habitación es antigua, la cafetera no funciona y aire acondicionado bien ruidoso. Por su fuera poco en el baño parece que pintaron y dejaron la cinta de la pintura puesta, tienen mucho que mejorar en servicio y comodidades. No creo que vuelva a elegir este hotel si regreso a Atlanta.
