Stayed here for the weekend & everything was great! Rooms were clean & spacious with a nice view, location was close walking distance from Michigan ave & every staff member I talked to was super professional & helpful! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our stay amazing!

The staff was very nice and the location was close to the Navy Pier and Michigan Street. Had to travel to get downtown. I booked a high room for the view, only to learn the view is not of the Pier or the beautiful part of the city. No need to pay for a high room as the view is not great. The bell hop and front desk personnel were awesome. Not close to the "L"

Great location that is very clean and nice lobby bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious for Chicago standards and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've stayed here several times in the last 3 years so it's consistent and "top of list" when I go to Chicago.

Nice hotel centrally located.I wish they used longer bottom sheets, because they are so short they become untucked, and also use some sort of fabric softener on them.They were so rough, my elbows were chafed in the mornings. Good cookies.We used a third party online service to book the rooms, and based on our level of bookings we were supposed to qualify for free daily breakfasts.They were not offered.

We had a really great stay. So pleased with the lobby area and parking amenities. It made our visit that much more enjoyable. The location is perfect for tourist events. The room was simple but had everything we needed for a cozy stay.

Had a fantastic experience at this hotel from pre-check-in to checkout. I received an email a couple of days before my stay and upgraded to the high-floor studio. One hundred percent worth it. They made it incredibly easy for me to drop my luggage in my room so I could return my car to the parking garage at the office. I loved being able to text a concierge-type team with questions, and the room itself was clean and really well appointed. Hotel location is super convenient to Michigan Ave and Shirley Ryan Ability Lab/Northwestern Med. You’ll even get a peek at the lake from some of the higher floors.

My 7-day stay at this hotel was excellent! The front desk people were super friendly, personable, efficient, professional, helpful, and very accommodating. I arrived early and expected to store my luggage until check in time, but to my pleasant surprise, my room was ready! The room was very clean and comfortable which is a must for me. It was like a home away from home. The hotel location was great too. There's a market right next door with reasonable prices. Some restaurants, shopping, and attractions were within walking distance. For places that were a little farther than I cared to walk, I used Uber. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Chicago.

This hotel was very nice and the rooms were very clean. You can park in the attached garage for a hefty fee of $59. There were several other self-parking lots available that may have been cheaper but I was willing to pay for the convenience. You can walk to most places. We walked to the Navy Pier and to Michigan Street to do some shopping. We did not dine there but I saw they had snacks and even beer in their food area. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, For Walking distance. No train station nearby for 0.5 miles. There are other hotels very near to train station (CTA). Hotel does not have much options for breakfast. Packaged airline food, "OK" in quality charged at 3 times the price in made market. Hotel has good interior and good rooms. Little dated hotel, but nicely renovated lobby and open areas. Pool was still closed in May 1st Week, No Indoor pool available.

I loved the BIG HOTEL feel when you walk in the lobby entrance and also the King Suite was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Everything is so clean and modern! This is our 2nd time staying here and we are never disappointed! The $55/day parking charge :( We chose to go with SpotHero which was 1/4 the price, a covered garage and not even a block away but still, if someone doesn't know better, they'd just pay it and that's WAAAY too much for parking!

Good location and outdoor pool. Left a nice tip on the first night for the cleaning staff but they didn't replenish the towels or glasses or the coffee. Needless to say no tip on the second night.

the staff was so far above amazing, they very knowledgeable about the surrounding area restaurants, directions etc.. they were some of the nicest people I had ever meet the door man and the bellhop great. I would highly recommend staying there!!!!!!!!!!! parking rates were outrageous, don't rent a car for your stay in downtown Chicago cabs are way reasonable.

Hotel is very nice and staff are accommodating. The location is a small walk to shopping and navy pier. There are always taxis right outside and moat sightseeing attractions are about $11 each ride. I would definately stay here again. Rooms were very nice and location was great. The hotel bar is expensive and you have to pay if you want a fridge in your room. Parking at ramp across the street is $40 a day compared to $50 at the hotel.
