“מלון שאינו מצדיק את המחיר. המלון כבר מראה סימנים של שחיקה. העץ רקוב ורואים שהוא ראה ימים טובים יותר. המיקום מדהים אבל.. .. רחוק מהכל. רחוק מעל חצי שעה מהעיר בכביש מזעזע שלא בא לך לחזור בלילה. הגענו בתקופה שקטה, המלון היה רייק. אם החלטתם לפתוח, ולגבות פי ארבע מכל ריזורט, לפחות תתנו את כל השרותים שמופיעים בתפריט שעורי היוגה למשל ביום שביקשתי מורה הודיעו שהמדריך יצא לחופש. המסעדה היפנית הייתה סגורה,. בקיצור, לא מומלץ. לא נותן תמורה לכסף. השרות של הצוות היה יוצא מהכלל עד מטריד..... כמה פעמים אני צריכה לשמוע סבדיקה בשעה?בנוסף ארוחת הבוקר ממש לא ברמה.... אין מבחר אין בופה. הכל אתה צריך לבקש במיוחד. לא ממליצה בכלל”

“My best vacation in Thailand. This place is run by an amazing manager, Andrea. One can tell every single person, from the bar tender to the ground keeper is well taken care of, content to work there and super friendly. The rooms are outstanding, the food delicious and the best of all, the beach is beautiful. I can't recommend this place enough, truly every single thing about it was great. I only hope I can come back again soon. TUA, one of the ladies who offers the best customer service, is someone I will remember always as the "poster child" for Thai customer service. We felt so taken care of. Perfect place for a romantic get away or a family trip.”
