Aeroporto mega grande, para se locomover no interior muitas vezes se faz necessário pegar um metrô . Eu e meu marido por ex estavamos no portão L 32 e o nosso voo mudou para o K 35 tivemos que andar uns 400m e pegar um metrô . Funcionários muito educados,sempre que eu precisava tirar uma dúvida logo obtinha um retorno. Trânsito de pessoas,se tiver com a família segura na .mão se não você se perde. Eu e meu marido estávamos no meio da multidão procurando o nosso portão , de repente me perdi dele. Fiquei andando uns 20 minutos procurando ele, segui para o portão de embarque e quando cheguei lá o encontrei !

Estou tendo uma experiência muito desagradável neste aeroporto, fazendo conexão de Roma para Guarulhos São Paulo Chegamos no aeroporto por volta das 09:10 para embarcar 10:10, estávamos com tempo suficiente para encontrar o terminal que estava descrito como 26M, fomospara o terminal, um funcionário passou um leitor de barras e disse que seria no 26L, ficamos de um lado para outro e em nenhum dos terminais nos aceitavam, as pessoas não demonstravam interesse em resolver e para piorar, nem eu nem meu esposo falamos francês nem Inglês. Fomos na bilheteria do airfrance que também não se esforçaram para resolver. O funcionário que fala português no orientou a retornar na bilheteria e pedir uma carta de embarque para outro horário. Um rapaz brasileiro que fala inglês nos ajudou, como ele também tinha perdido o voo, se tornou nosso tradutor. Finalmente eles deram a novos bilhetes para 22:40. Estou com duas crianças a quase 24 horas sem descansar aguardando o horário de embarque que ainda não foi definido em qual terminal será. Muito desorganizado, muito lotado, falta informação, pessoas com má vontade e mal educadas. Acredito que erro começou pela airfrance que cometeu o erro de nos colocar em voos diferentes. Minha viagem estava ótima até chegar nesse aeroporto.😔😡

Ojalá le llegue este comentario al mal educado que hay en el control de equipajes de mano, en la terminal 2, el que decidió tirar a la basura la botella de agua de mi hijo pequeño “porque la estaba examinando” según nos explicaba entre gritos y golpes en una mesa delante de todo el mundo el muy sin vergüenza. Señor calvo de mediana estatura con muy mal genio y muy mala educación. Que imagen tan lamentable para los pasajeros y que trato tan deplorable, sin venir a cuento por reclamar que no tire a la basura una botella de agua que está permitida llevar si vas con un niño de 2 años al avión.

Aeroporto muito bem sinalizado e organizado. Fácil conexão com TGV. O terminal 2E possui serviço de Navette rápido e eficiente. Poucas opções de lanches ou restaurantes no local embarque. As 21 h somente estavam abertos o Relay ( com alguns sanduíches prontos) e orestaurante ExK nature's kitchen. A parte boa desse terminal, particularmente do Gate 42 -46, é que tem um piano disponível para quem quiser tocar. Momento para relaxar depois do estresse imigração/Raio X.

El personal es muy atento y amable con cualquier persona. Te dan muy bien las indicaciones debido a que es un aeropuerto muy grande. Las instalaciones y servicios de muy buen nivel, además con la aplicación tienes todo en la palma de tu mano

Creo que es uno de los aeropuertos más hermosos que he visto en toda mi vida. El diseño realmente colabora a hacer de una estancia temporal placentera. La atención es muy buena y no se hacen demasiadas colas pues abren más pistas de registro si hay mucha gente. Este aeropuerto merece 100 puntos

This was my second time passing through France's Charles de Gaulle Airport. I made transits on two occasions; the first was at night, so I wasn't able to take photos like I could during the day.This airport is so large that it confirms my suspicions that it is France's largest and busiest. I have to say that the architects who developed and built this airport did an incredible job because the architecture is truly distinctive. While wandering inside, I got lost a few times. Because the washrooms are located at the ground floor, and I couldn't locate any around my boarding gate area until I asked one shop attendant who told me where it was.It was great to be here in the middle of the day to have a nice view of the airport.

Un hermoso aeropuerto, con conexiones a todo el mundo, comida rica, tiendas excelentes, tiene 2 hoteles para un buen descanso. Pasa rápido el tiempo de espera.

It’s astonishing how long it takes to get through passport control at this airport compared to other large European cities. It’s seriously absurd. The buildings however are nice and staff is helpful. Instead of useful food and entertainment for travelers they have high end stores.

I used to live in Europe for 4 years, so I never flew into the airport. I would always go to France by train. The airport is big but easy to navigate through it. The employees are nice and most speak English also to help you out. Passport control gets you through quickly also. I recommend this airport on top of it being Paris.

Aeroporto muito grande porém bem sinalizado. Distante de Paris, mas acessível através de RER e flixbus. Além disso possui hotéis no terminal 3, Novotel, Ibis, Ibis Styles, dentre outros, facilitando para quem possui voos logo cedo ou de madrugada. Os terminais 1 e 3 não estão funcionando, apenas terminal 2. É possível realizar teste antígeno ou PCR no próprio aeroporto, pelo valor de 30 euros o primeiro, 70 o segundo resultado sai em menos de 30 minutos para o primeiro e 4 horas para o segundo, é também enviado para o e-mail com o QR code.

Another transit via France-CDG airport. Amazing airport ,very orderly and clean . The shops around the airport are so tempting that you will just have to buy something. It's a relaxing atmosphere with views of aircraft landing and taking off . My only concern is that French is the most dominant language among the police ,border control and some stores hence it will be very imperative to have a basic knowledge of the language. Regardless of the above ,I enjoy their airport and hopefully will be booking an holiday very soon to explore and know more about the country itself .

The airport really improved a lot!Although it's very big and connection flights can be difficult due to the distance of the gates (I really had to run the last times to not miss my connection flight), it was a really pleasant experience this time.You will find some shops and restaurants everywhere.

Horrible airport. A lot of spaces for no reason. I understand why Frankfurt is the best European airport and hub. The airport looks like a mall of luxurious brands and they completely forget what the travelers 🧳 are looking for! Relax and no stress. The security is taking forever. I understand that’s necessary but in Paris it looks like you are in a military selection. Toilets 🚽 horrible and not clean 🧽 it smells so bad from far even with Chanel store 🏬 near by! I think they need to redesign and don’t be so proud that Paris is the capital of fashion and show off at the airport. The mission of the airport is to help travelers 🧳 and organize the flights ✈️

A huge airport. Interesting is the numbering of the check in counters,that is, the numbering does not go from left to right, but from right to left. Keep this in mind if suddenly you are late and you need to quickly find your counter. The information on their screens is updated depending on the next flights. The meeting area for arrivals is very compact. Toilet are good, there is a room for mother and child. There is a duty-free. Staying at this airport leaves a lot of good emotions.

A dois anos não visitamos Paris, nos deparamos com um aeroporto modernizado, com funções sem "toque" até mesmo no banheiro! Dica para quem vai pegar Uber, vá até o Terminal 2 B (sub- solo) e suba para o piso 1! Tem uma escada rolante de fácil acesso no fim do corredor, nem todos os Ubers descem até o sub-solo e podem ter cancelamos desnecessários. Outra dica, veja os preços do Uber "Green", estão mais baratos que os normais, vale muito a pena.

Es una de las terminales aéreas internacionales más importantes del mundo con salas muy equipadas y con sistemas de seguridad avanzado puedes encontrar tiendas de marcas reconocidas mundialmente, sus filtros " retenes" de seguridad de detección cumplen plenamente su función problema hablan por sus altavoces: francés inglés y japones, y no incluyen español uno de los 5 idiomas más hablados del mundo ??? Porque será? Las economías más importantes en el mundo se concentran en esas traducciones? Como recomendación si llegas a esta terminal, válida siempre tu vuelo en los monitores del Aeropuerto, ahí te indican, en que sala, puerta y num de vuelo sales, y si no ves los monitores, hay unas personas de traje negro que te pueden ayudar, sólo si hablas inglés, francés y japonés. Y si tienes suerte te puedes encontrar uno que hable español.🙋‍♂️

Nice airport. A lot of options during the layover even for several hours. Comfy chairs and sleeping benches as well. Also, a lot of different coffee shops and restaurants with international food or drinks are always available. Good to choose as a transfer airport.

It gets better everytime I visit this airport. They are rebuilding sections, and there will be more stores and restaurants. Some terminals are great, and other miss some restaurants and duty free stores. There are many vending machines available, very convenient. Restrooms are clean, staff is friendly. As you get to correct terminal, it is quite easy to find proper gate. You can travel between terminals via airport train. Airport manages quite well many visitors. Well communicated with city, clean, a lot of sitting space to wait for travel.

Un aeropuerto bastante grande, pero bastante bien preparado para poder llegar a tú destino. Sus empleados son amables y serviciales. En sus grandes instalaciones hay amplio surtido de tiendas, restaurantes, y demás negocios que te harán más llevaderas tus esperas y colas. Es muy pero que muy aconsejable preguntar cada poco a sus empleados, ya que así te evitarás kilómetros de despistes y errores.

Pros: One of the most organised and nice airport in Europe. The airport have many terminals with a lot of counters for boarding. Many airlines offices available at the airport. There's a very nice food court area after and before passing the security gates. The duty free shop is nice. There's a available many options for transportation from and to the airport such as public bus, Train 🚆, Taxi and private cars. The ground services staff friendly, helpful and speaking english very well.Cons: The airport became crowded it there's too much flights at the weekends and holidays so it's recommended to go early as usual. Otherwise can't complain.

I read some really bad reviews but I honestly didn’t have a bad experience here. Signs were posted in English. Thankful. Bathrooms were clean. They had a separate smoking area for the smokers, even though I don’t smoke. There were not a lot of food choices. Pickup for Uber was not clear, so got harassed a lot before finally finding the pickup area. Coming back the wait wasn’t too bad outside of a normal international wait during this time. Couldn’t find one shot glass for a souvenir. Misleading sign posted restaurants on another floor just to go up there to only a Starbucks. Besides that, staff was decent and airport was clean. I got a shuttle back which dropped off right by the door.

When you land in France for a connection flight you must hurry off the plane. It takes a good bit of time to pass through Customs. Have your paper work in order and it goes well. For all that is just and right in the world, please don't cut in front of people in line. We have just as important timetables. Please don't complain about going through security. Every country has a right to inspect traveling people. FYI French people pass through the same process. Most importantly try to enjoy the experience and be kind. They cost nothing but give back great dividends.

It's one of the big airport that I have visited. The airport is away from the city centre but I found it well connected from the city by bus and train as well. The terminals are internally well connected. I found a hotel to stay near to the airport in a reasonable price which was connected with shuttle services from the airport which they charge seperately. Very important thing I found people cooperative. If you know a little English you will not be in trouble in Paris.
