“Poor experience - Hotel doesn't check/reply emails. 10 days waiting for a simple trip suggestion from the Concierge/Guest experience team. I was incorrectly charged for a SPA item (candle) and after several messages the hotel insists in not removing the expense from my balance. Worst customer support in Miami! The city offers hundreds of better options (including better SPA Hotels).”

“Stayed here as part of a wedding and couldn't of been more disappointing. The rooms are basically an old Locker room, and smells. When booking a room here the hotel doesn't expect you to need your room until 4PM, when I told them my mother needed to be ready for our 5pm wedding the manbuns behind the desk only offered a locker for my 58 year old mother to get dressed and done up for a wedding. Considering a room is $500 a night I feel like I should be staying at something of the same level as a W hotel and Ive stayed at Motel 6's nicer then this with better customer service. So many better options in Miami, do not stay here.”
