“Much better than we expected. The resort appeared clean. Spacious room, great hospitality from the staff. They had a variety of Jamaican dishes, and served something new daily. The hotel sits right in beside a beautiful white sand beach. Well kept grounds. They also have a number of activities throughout the day.”

“Room was clean and bed comfortable. Food was great. Service from the butler was excellent. Service in the dinner area was superb. The lady at the snack counter who worked from 10pm -1:00a.m is kind-hearted. She took care of all us. It was obvious she like children.
The security at the entrance was not welcoming. She was the first person we met and was a turn off. The front desk staff on duty at the time we arrived needs a refreshing course in customer service. They need to show empathy.”
