“Friendly employees at the desk, can't beat the location, I'll happily stay again, but it's definitely outdated. The room (a queen standard) was tiny, especially the bathroom. The elevators are really small, they'll fit 5 people with no luggage. Another guest on our floor stated they had mold in their bathroom, but I didn't see or experience that. The housekeeping staff was really loud and started trying to access our room by 930am. It was a place to sleep and keep our stuff, though, and in such a great location that I can't complain too much for the price.”

“stayed there for 2 nights and can’t say anything bad about it. Only thing is that the rooms need to be updated they are kind of outdated. The location is amazing it’s close enough to the navy pier and the river. Its close to malls and shopping centers and has some good restaurants or fast foods close by. If you ever go to Chicago you should stay here.”
