“The service is absolutely slow. I am still staying at the hotel and no proper response from the service team. The ac in my room wasn’t working. Even after complaining about it we got no help. At night after complaining again we were asked to change the room which is smaller that the before one with the ac again not working. After informing the reception about the same we haven’t received any help again. It is really annoying as they don’t value their customers.”
