Todo fue muy especial mil gracias por todo el servicio dado en nuestras vacaciones detalles que obvio pasan desapercibidos en un momento dado por ejemplo a nivel de piscina tengo entendido que el señor salvavidas o guardavidas debería estar en un traje en un momento dado óptimo para si tuviese que intervenir en alguna opción de de salvarle la vida a alguien no que esté tras un rincón colocando la música por favor tener en cuenta eso así sea unas

Facilmente o pior hotel de Cartagena. Péssima infraestrutura, hotel mal cuidado, sujo, barulhento (eles estão em reforma - barulho de construção o tempo todo), comida nojenta, banheiro fedido, com mofo e vazamento, quartos ruins, sem wifi. Elevadores precários. Péssimo atendimento e descaso dos atendentes.

Otimo hotel porem com alguns problemas no quarto. O serviço é ótimo e os funcionários são bem receptivos

Tivemos um bom atendimento na recepção, e de todos os funcionários do hotel. As acomodações são boas, o chuveiro esquenta rapidamente, o único inconvincente é que o wifinão funcionava no quarto. As refeições também são boas.

O hotel tem aspecto de ser antigo,o banheiro ainda se usa cortina.Falta preparo para receber brasileiros,a localização é boa pois tem quase tudo bem pertinho,a maioria dos funcionários são gentis.

Barulhento, sujo, elevadores estragados. O Hotel tem 40 anos e não foi reformado, AS FOTOS DO SITE SÃO PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA! Não sei como, mas o hotel vive lotado e fica uma muvuca de gente na recepção, no meio da muvuca uma senhora pegou minha mala e saiu, tive que correr atrás para não ficar sem.A 1:00 a.m. me acordaram para perguntar se eu tinha pago a primeira diária. Cancelei a reserva para os outros dias e me deixaram 40 min. esperando, tive que pedir permissão para umas 4 pessoas, até que me deixaram cancelar. Minha sugestão é cai fora desta cilada.

Um hotel preparado para receber pessoas locais, para nós brasileiros o café da manhã é difícil, já que servem arroz com carne as 7 da manhã, e o restante das opções também não são boas, não agradou, a janta também precisa de uma maior variedade, e durante tocam uma música ao vivo difícil de aguentar, o almoço é o que mais vale a pena, muitas opções e comida boa...precisa se adaptar a turistas! O quarto é confortável, cama boa, nada a reclamar, porém nada excepcional.

fomos muito bem recepcionadas no hotel, os funcionário são muito prestativos e educados, as refeições são variadas e em bons horários. se voltarmos a cartagena nos hospedaremos novamente.

Excelente atención y servicio, la comida muy deliciosa y todo en general espectacular. Lo único qué hay por mejorar es las instalaciones en general en cuanto a habitaciones y fachada ,el resto fenomenal!!👏👏

El peor hotel de la historia. Viejo, con aroma a moho, habitaciones mal mantenidas, 2 días sin agua caliente, luego de mil mentiras y excusas, nos cambiaron de habitación, secadores de pelo con los cables a la vista, te preguntan si quieres que hagan aseo en la habitación (en serio hay que preguntar eso??), pésima atención del personal, muy mal educados, especialmente los del servicio de alimentación, extremadamente groseros, instalaciones viejas y mal mantenidas, gran parte de la estadía funcionó solo 1 ascensor, por lo que tenías que esperar largos minutos para poder subir o bajar, alimentación horrorosa, siempre lo mismo y bastante pobre, open bar una basura, tragos espantosos, mal preparados y mal presentados. Pero sin dudas, lo peor de toda la nefasta experiencia fue el tema sanitario. En plena pandemia cero medidas de resguardo, muchísimos huéspedes transitaban por el hotel sin mascarilla, cero distancia física y cero respeto por el resto, el ascensor con capacidad máxima para 8 personas subía con 10, y la mitad sin mascarilla y conversando, cero conciencia y educación. Realmente fue una experiencia espantosa, jamás volvería y jamás lo recomendaría. Hotel de última categoría.

What a horrible hotel and what terrible experience. Our entire vacation was ruined the moment we got there. The elevator does not work. The original room that was offered to us smell like mold and bleach. The bed was disgusting and the pillows were never changed. Then they offered “remodeled” rooms that were even worse. Bathrooms all dirty and the even one room had paint chipping with black gunk falling off. They showed us a total of 5 rooms each worse than the last. This has put a strain on my family and we ended up fighting just because these rooms were soo bad. Never again. I recommend every Colombian, foreigner, everyone to don’t go here no matter how good the place is.

Bna comida aunque repiten mucho el menú,no hay casi variedad. El ascensor es muy viejo y suena demasiado duro, se escucha desde la habitación y no deja dormir. El personal es amable y atento con lo que uno necesite, hacen aseo diariamente a la habitación. Bna ubicación.En conclusión es bno teniendo en cuenta que su precio es económico.

Muy bien servicio, es totalmente recomendable. Su ubicación es excelente, la playa esta cruzando la calle y al estar ubicado sobre una de las avenidas más transitadas esta rodeado de negocios, casas de cambio y empresas de turismo. La comida es tipo buffet y se come bien.

El hotel queda al frente de la playa, en las noches siempre hay actividades para entretener a los huéspedes. La comida y la atención es muy buena, algo viejitas las instalaciones pero igual se pasa muy bien! Claro q volveré!

Experiencia como para no volver. Habitacion con un olor de lugar viejo. Baño totalmente feo,aire acondicionado no se puede controlar. Uno de los ascensores se bloquea constantemente. Menu poco variado.Un hotel con instalaciones en deterioró...Sin recomendación alguna.

Very good All inclusive Hotel with a fair price. Also excellent location and all the employees were very friendly everytime. Buffet was delicious and good variety. Part of the Hotel is under maintenance but they are doing it because they have to be at the same level of others nears High luxury hotels in the Neighborhood.

In a single sentence. If want ruin your vacation in all the way possible, you can choose this hotel. Bcz without reading the reviews I choose this and I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel.

I came to the Dorado Hotel Plaza for two weeks. I cant say enough about my stay. What an incredible experience and amazing time! Everyone was simply terrific, outstanding and professional. Starting from the Front Desk, Receptionists, Carrier Boys, Dining Service, Cleaning Ladies, The Guards and The Nurse. My recovery was 100% because of how everyone went out there way for me to feel better. Im leaving, but I know I have a new family here.

The resort is extremely accommodating and clean. The shows are spectacular and each night is a different show. The food is also incredible and you really can’t get a better colombian experience.

You get what you pay for. This hotel offers all basic amenities and against all adds and bad reviews, I had a nice stay. Both the service and the food are quite good but the hotel's best feat is without a doubt its location!

AVOID AT ALL COST. The hotel staff was helpful. Food was average. The newly renovated rooms are nice. Other rooms just look dirty. The rooms have ‘air conditioning’ and by air conditioning I mean a thermostat on the wall and it does nothing. Switched a total of 4 rooms and the only fix that they did was to bring in a fan. We were not the only people to complain of how hot the rooms were.

Everything in my bathroom was broken! Other things were breaking left and right. I told staff about it and they didn’t bother to fix it. The room had a poor layout, hard to even find an outlet. Fried he was dirty, couch was old and dirty, bed was as hard as the floor. The front desk is super slow, kept me waiting 30 minutes to check in because they couldn’t find my reservation, lobby is horribly hot, no AC. I’m not sure why it had good ratings on google and other sites. I’m thinking it’s just because they do promotions for good reviews or because they give out free alcohol to the all inclusive buyers.

Love the dance performances and there a disco including everyone that works in the hotel keep an eye to meet every service that you need.

staff is amazing, best 3 star hotel i've been to, food is really good and it's steps away from the beach, you can program all the trips you wish for directly from the hotel so you don't get haggled on the street. great experience every time. can't wait to come back.
