Hotel com otima estrutura e localização. Limpeza todos os dias, wifi muito bom, piscinas, academia, enfim excelente. O acesso direto ao outlet premium vineland faz toda a diferença. Recomendo e com certeza quando voltar a Orlando me hospedarei aqui !

Worst place you could ever be.. its looks ok but when you get there you'll have just a bad experience overall.. they are going to call you at 7 am to sell you stuff.. they wobt clean your room unless you complain to then.. they will charge almoust the same amount that you payed for the room ant tell you that was a "resort fees" the people on the reception does not care at all that you are on a vaccation.Pior lugar que fiquei! Parece ser bom pelas fotos mas a hora que você chegar la la tera uma pessima experiência.. eles te ligam as 7 horas da manhã para te oferecer produtos (venda de apartamentos) vao te cobrar o mesmo valor que você já pagou novamente alegando que se trata de custos do resorte no entanto você pode passar o dia inteiro fora que ninguém arruma o seu quarto a não ser que você reclame e o pessoal da recepção é extremamente mal educado...El peor lugar que te puedes quedar.. te cobran quasi el valor del quarto novamente decindo que es es trata de las tajas de resort pero lo que pasa es que no limpian los quartos solo se te quejas y a los personales de la recepcion les vale! Te llaman a las 7 de la manana todos los dias para te oferecer produtos.. horible!!!! Se estas es vacaciones no se queden aki!!

Quarto super espaçoso... na verdade é como se fosse um apart-hotel... Conseguimos preparar varias refeições dentro do quarto. Eles oferecem café e agua cortesia por dia. Outra comodidade é o acesso ao outlet. Melhor impossivel!

O melhor hotel de Orlando . Espetacular paisagem ao redor que o torna lindíssimo . Staff atencioso com estacionamento enorme e grátis . O hóspede ganha um cartão de acesso ao Orlando Premium Outlet, que fica ao lado do hotel . Preços justos pelo que oferece . Tem taxa de resort , o que encarece , mas para compensar oferece águas Evian grátis durante a estadia , belas piscinas e serviço de quarto diário .

O conceito do hotel é diferente. Tem uma cozinha, então meio que você se sente em casa, e apesar de não ter café da manhã, voce pode fazer seu próprio café, o que é melhor de certa maneira on relação a horários e quantidade. Ótima piscina e academia, e tem uma banheira no quarto também!

Excelente hotel atendimento maravilhoso, porém a limpeza está sendo o ponto fraco. Funcionárias mal humoradas e que por duas vezes tivemos de entrar em contato com a recepção para a realização da limpeza.

Minha casa em Orlando. Vou em média 1 vez ao ano. Nada a reclamar a não ser estacionamento um pouco difícil ao chegar tarde da noite, nos blocos finais perto do shopping. Se não estiver muito frio, ok; da para caminhar. Espaço e camas maravilhosas, com utensílios para fazer café da manhã. Costumo ficar no quarto duplo com sala, com cozinha completa, máquinas de lavar louças e roupas, banheiro com banheira de hidromassagem, mas a suíte Júnior também é ótima opçao para 2 pessoas.

Beautiful place to stay! Shopping within walking distance.The hotel room, the pools, and the walkways of the property were all immaculate. I noticed that every doorway had matching outdoor rugs.So clean!We will definitely be staying here every visit to Orlando!The ONLY thing I did not like was the hot tubs ALWAYS had children in them (playing) and one with 2 teens eating pretzels and dropping in the water...would wish for an ADULT only hot tub.

A pia do banheiro minúscula, o box para tomar banho, não tem lugar para colocar o sabonete, incrível isso, não tem lugar para colocar o sabonete! Mas tem pontos positivos: cozinha muito boa, vista maravilhosa, a maioria dos funcionários prestativos, instalações muito bem cuidadas e próximo a vários comércios.

We stayed here for five days before visiting the parks. It has a great location next to the outlet mall if you want to do shopping. The pools are great for a swim and the lake is cool to run round. It is a total of 0.6 miles to get round the lake which makes for a great morning run of a few laps! Has a good gym and lots of facilities. It was a super comfortable stay.

Staff was absolutely excellent, room was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and the washer and dryer were so convenient. Amenities were plenty. Poolside bar had DELICIOUS we'll priced food. Check in and out was easy, especially checkout. Any requests were filled promptly. Highly recommend!!

Very stylistically pleasing property! Definitely made me feel like I was on vacation. The room I had was really big for 2 people, but pretty plain looking. Gets the job done! Some nice pools. If you’re coming in late after a day at the theme parks though, you might not find a parking space or it might be far away from your building. Keep that in mind. I would stay here again though.

This hotel is awesome, but it misses one of the most important basic factors people seek when booking a hotel: lack of sound control. Two separate families checked in and out at the room next to us, and each time until 11 to 12am, you could very much hear them talking at their normal levels. Not their fault, nothing to be done about it. Good things: The pool is heated, beautiful, and never over packed. There are two hot tubs at a pretty decent size. Love to see it. They have great drinks at the pool bar at reasonable prices(drink of the day 8$, refillable buckets @17.95). You get 2 free coffees or bottled waters each day. There are activities to do around the pool such as connect four and ping pong. You are literally right beside the mall and there are gates that take you right to its parking lot. Takes about 5 mins of walking. All in all, this is a good hotel if you are not a light sleeper and plan to not go to bed early. Unfortunately I am both so I will not be booking again.

Very poorly designed rooms. Stayed to get away to relax went to room first night bathtub had a dirty towel! You can hear people walking making noise. Moving chairs and shutting doors as if your in a horribly designed apartment. I would not recommend if you are seeking to actually go on a vacation or relaxing getaway. I could have stayed in a ghetto residential apartment if I wanted to hear all of this noise all night. Also good luck getting any help from front desk apparently the buttonon the phone goes to security and does not get redirected to the front desk for any assistance. By the time I got the actual front desk I had to speak to a supervisor who acted like the manager and even misrepresented managers name. Provided no solutions to the inconvenience of having to move at 11pm at night . I’m in building 4 and her original solution was to move me to building 7 on the top floor which lacked common sense as I would have to move my vehicle and pack up. Just outrageous cheaply designed buildings. Also when you check in they will ask you all sorts of personal things such as if your married and offer a 90 min tourfor a timeshare even if you are staying for one to two nights smh. If I could give zero stars , take away this wasted time at this resort and poor customer service in my space, life and erase this from my memory that would be worth it.

What a stunning and beautiful hotel to stay at while in Orlando. All of the staff that we interacted with were incredibly helpful and polite. The hotel room, the pools, hot tubs and the grounds of the property were all immaculately maintained. Going for walks around the lake was so pleasant. Even the 3 outdoor grill stations were super well cleaned. Definitely buy some steaks and cook them on the grill to eat in your room. The screened in patios made for a wonderful place to relax without any bugs in the evening.

What a beautiful location to stay! Here on my honeymoon with my wife and have not been disappointed. The grounds are well manicured and clean. Great pricing as well. Walk right over to large shopping malls and dining, not to mention only 10- 15 minutes to every major theme park in Orlando.When you stay here you will be taken care of.

Excelente lugar. La ubicacion es excelente, cerca del mall, starbucks y de los parques de Disney. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Bien equipado con camas y almohadas super comodas. Lo unico negativo es que no habia suficiente puesto en el estacionamiento y nos toco estacionar muy lejos y caminar bastante. Del resto todo bien y lo recomendaria 100%

Es un resort. Si reservas por la página del Hilton te hacen limpieza todos los días. Departamentos bien equipados con lavarropas, secar ropas, lavavajillas, cocina , horno. Le falta una pava. Tiene solo cafetera. Los electrodomésticos son nuevos pero la decoración algo antigua. El personal muy amable.

Me encantaron mis vacaciones en Tuscany Village. Tienen un lago para tomar fotos y una piscina para nadar. Hay eventos todos los días y queda super cerca de los parques. Nos trataron muy bien y son super profesionales. El cuarto tenía un refrigerador y parecía un apartamento pequeño. No sentíamos que habíamos quedado en un hotel, sino en una casa de amigos.

Hemos estado en este hotel en dos ocasiones y nos encanta. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas para una familia de cuatro, la cocina completa y el baño amplio. Las áreas comunes son cómodas, limpias y amplias. El servicio siempre ha sido amable. Queda junto a un outlet por lo que es muy conveniente para hacer compras y también no está a mas de 20 minutos de los principales parques de atracciones.

Las Habitaciones son familiares, excelente higiene. Como siempre, el servicio de la gente latina es supremo y los demás son malos para atender a los huéspedes pero se compensa. Está muy cerca de buenos centros comerciales. Facilidad de estacionamiento.
