“Bad experience as soon as I walked in no one was at the front desk. As I looked around to find someone a security guard told me to just wait until someone arrives. 15min later the staff arrived and said she didn't even know I was waiting. After apologizing, the staff informed me that the system was down and I couldn't check in until is started working again. Having already paid for the hotel I decided to wait. An hour later the system was still down. I decided to sleep in my car until it was resolved. Several minutes later the staff called me and I was given a room. The room smelled horrible and I found insects in the bathroom and near the bed. On top of that my shoes went missing and the staff knew nothing about it. First and last time I'm staying at this location.”
