“Las habitaciones son confortables, pero el personal es totalmente irresponsable y no son colaboradores con los guess, ayer hice check out y llame casi de inmediato porque dejé olvidado uno de mis audífonos apple que son inalámbricos y me tuvieron engañada diciendo que lo iban a buscar y no buscaron nada me dijeron después llame al día siguiente pues llamo hoy y resulta que no consiguieron nada me parece que no son nada serviciales con los clientes aparte de que no hicieron el intento de buscar ayer lo buscaron supuestamente hoy cuando esas habitaciones se limpian el mismo día. No fue de mi agrado mi estadía allá !”
