“Accident occurred tonight around 6:30pm. My colleague bumped into the glass door and nose started bleeding. I approached front desk and asked him to ask manager to call me back. At 11pm, manager did not call. I called them, asked the manager Adam if he is aware of the accident. He initially said he was in and out and didn't get the message. Then he said the front desk did tell him, but he only got in 15 minutes ago. And he planned to file an incident report and take care of next day, it seems that's the only thing he cares-filing the report and take care of it in 24 hours to comply with corporate rule. Adam didn't really care and didn't bother to check my colleague situation.Both front desk and manager failed their duty to check on customer, showed gross negligence not to check into it and lied about not getting the request.Front desk laughed when I told him that I almost bumped into it. He said many people did that. When I got serious after my friend got hurt, he told me he is busy with other customers and will report to manager. He said he would post a sign, but he didn't.”

“I had a great staycation at this quiet mid-sized hotel. Its location is great because your a settled between 161, 635 & less than a mile from both 114 as well as 35. Come and go as you please. Rooms were clean and the amenities are on par with an extended stay like hotel.”
