“Este lugar tem baratas. Dissemos à recepção sobre ver várias baratas em nossa pia e eles alegaram que o hotel tinha acabado de ser tratado para insetos. pediram ao homem da manutenção que pulverizasse nosso quarto com um exterminador de pragas de baixo grau que não fazia absolutamente nada. Continuamos a encontrar baratas em nosso quarto depois. O gerente parecia não se importar menos. não houve oferta de desconto em um quarto infestado de insetos ou mesmo a oferta de troca de quarto. não vou ficar aqui novamente. não recomendaria a amigos ou família.”
