“Aside from the hotel being dated, the management is not on top of things here.
Walking into my room I was greeted by the lovely odor a musty old room and cigarettes. To make matters worse the room is in need of some minor maintenance.
This is all the kind of stuff a vigilant owner/manager would easily notice, if they were doing there jobs.”

“I am never one to write reviews, however given this experience, it is important to inform others. No water in my room and terrible customer service from hotel management to resolve the issue (which remained unresolved). Refund for the room stay was also denied and management took very accusatory stance regarding the issue.
For the number of 4 star hotels in the Tysons Corner area, I highly suggest booking with a different Marriott property that at a minimum, has running water in the room.”
