“It was excellent because Avery Guest services manager on staff and the young lady with him on duty as well a the front desk were so friendly! So polite and positive. There were difficulties in booking prior to arriving and some confusion with our group being made different reservations through email and phone. But all of that was resolved and made simple and easy for us by the two there! Truly wonderful people thank you so much. Saved so much stress for us all in figuring out our arrangements. So nice of people!”
