“Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. We thought Westin hotels were better than this. Two stained bath towels, a white powder on the bathroom floor, and dirty ice tongs. Had contact with two employees regarding this who assured me that the director of operations would contact me when he returned from his two week vacation, but still haven’t heard from him. Our stay was December 16, 2022, and it is now January 9, 2023. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, the staff was very nice, and the location is great.”

“Beautiful hotel with a very modern and minimalist decor. As can be expected, the service was second to none. Ample parking with valet service. Extremely easy to get to and right in the heart of downtown with tons of eating and drinking establishments within walking distance. The room was sparkling clean, well appointed with all new amenities. On-site Starbucks was nice as was their onsite restaurant for breakfast. Expect to pay $$ for everything, but a very good return on value, amenities and service. Will absolutely return.”
