“Hotel muito confortável num edificio antigo de grande beleza. Quartos muito confortáveis. Bela sala de pequeno Almoço a lembrar os cafés da decada de 30século passado. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Staff Super atencioso. Super cordeal. Um excelente acolhimento escocês.Recomendo!”

“Gorgeous hotel. Staff were lovely except they seemed unable to have empathy for a lack of heat in the room. Hospitality needs to be more than a smile. Tried to tough it out under the covers then called down. “We can send a heater if you want.” If we want…? Yeah. Want something. Thanks. Weak space heater. Next day they said the room heat was fixed. Not fixed. Moved rooms. Very comfy. At checkout they asked about our stay and I mentioned the poor response to the lack of heat. Just said, “Oh” and moved on. I brought it back and asked if this is just how they do things. “I can get a manager if you want.””
