Meus pais reservaram um quarto aqui para meu marido e eu como presente de casamento. Quando chegamos, esperava usar meu cartão de crédito para o depósito de despesas extras, mas quando fui passar o cartão, o total de toda a estadia estava na tela. Eu disse à recepcionista que minha mãe havia pago pelo quarto (ela havia me enviado uma captura de tela da confirmação), mas foi informada que o quarto não estava pago. Disseram-me que o pagamento não foi processado por algum motivo, que haviam enviado um e-mail a ela, mas não obtiveram resposta, então o quarto não foi pago. Felizmente eu tinha um limite de crédito suficiente para pagar a estadia, mas é claro que meus pais ficaram muito constrangidos e chateados por eu saber quanto custava o quarto, pois era um presente. Não apenas minha mãe NÃO recebeu um e-mail - ela checou duas vezes todas as suas caixas de entrada - mas a equipe do hotel deveria ter LIGADO para dizer que o pagamento não tinha sido feito. E se eu não tivesse espaço suficiente no meu cartão para esta compra grande? Será que estaríamos sem sorte no nosso fim de semana de lua de mel? Considerando o quanto meus pais gastaram nesta estadia, acho que todos nós merecíamos um serviço melhor do que este.

Mis padres reservaron una habitación aquí para mi esposo y para mí como regalo de bodas. Cuando llegamos, esperaba usar mi tarjeta de crédito para el depósito de imprevistos, pero cuando fui a pasar mi tarjeta, el total de toda la estancia estaba en la pantalla. Le dije a la recepcionista que mi mamá había pagado por la habitación (me había enviado una captura de pantalla de la confirmación) pero me dijeron que la habitación no estaba pagada. Me dijeron que el pago no se realizó por alguna razón, que le habían enviado un correo electrónico, pero nunca obtuvieron una respuesta, por lo que la habitación no se pagó. Afortunadamente, tenía suficiente límite de crédito para pagar la estadía, pero, por supuesto, mis padres estaban muy avergonzados y molestos de que yo supiera cuánto costaba la habitación, ya que era un regalo. Mi mamá no solo NO recibió un correo electrónico, sino que revisó todas sus bandejas de entrada, sino que el personal del hotel debería haberla LLAMADO para decirle que el pago no se había realizado. ¿Qué pasa si no tengo suficiente espacio en mi tarjeta para esta gran compra? ¿No hubiéramos tenido suerte durante nuestro fin de semana de luna de miel? Teniendo en cuenta cuánto gastaron mis padres en esta estancia, creo que todos merecíamos un mejor servicio que este.

My parents reserved a room here for my husband and I as a wedding gift. When we arrived, I was expecting to use my credit card for the incidentals deposit, but when I went to swipe my card, the total for the entire stay was on the screen. I told the receptionist that my mom had paid for the room (she had sent me a screenshot of the confirmation) but was told the room wasn't paid for. I was told that the payment didn't go through for some reason, that they had sent her an email, but never got a response, so the room wasn't paid for. Luckily I had enough of a credit limit to pay for the stay, but of course my parents were very embarrassed and upset that I knew how much the room cost, as it was a gift. Not only did my mom NOT receive an email - she double checked all of her inboxes - but the hotel staff should have CALLED her to tell her the payment hadn't gone though. What if I didn't have enough room on my card for this large purchase? Would we have just been out of luck for our honeymoon weekend? Considering how much my parents spent on this stay, I think we all deserved better service than this.

Nós nos divertimos muito mesmo durante o COVID! O quarto era lindo, a equipe foi tão prestativa e nos tratou como a realeza e as bebidas e alimentos no andar superior no bar da cobertura foram incríveis! Ótimo lugar e planejamos voltar sempre que visitar Seattle, que é cerca de uma vez por mês!

¡Lo pasamos muy bien incluso durante COVID! La habitación era preciosa, el personal era muy servicial y nos trató como a la realeza y las bebidas y comida arriba en el bar de la azotea eran increíbles. Gran lugar y planeamos volver cada vez que visite Seattle, que es aproximadamente una vez al mes.

Eu estava animado para ficar neste hotel Curio em Seattle, mas devo dizer que fiquei muito desapontado com este estabelecimento. Os quartos pareciam datados e básicos, eu definitivamente esperava mais. Em tempos normais, a localização é conveniente, pois fica a uma curta caminhada de Pike Place, mas esse foi o único ponto positivo, infelizmente.

Foi a nossa primeira vez neste hotel com a minha família, e posso dizer que este hotel foi excelente! Mais especialmente com suas comodidades como piscina, jacuzzi e academia. Os quartos são espaçosos e luxuosamente decorados. Sua equipe foi muito simpática. O serviço foi atencioso e cortês, e a localização era conveniente. Recomendo vivamente este hotel!

Era la primera vez que nos alojábamos en este hotel con mi familia, y puedo decir que este hotel fue excelente. Más especialmente con sus comodidades como la piscina, el jacuzzi y el gimnasio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están lujosamente decoradas. Su personal fue muy servicial y amable. El servicio fue atento y cortés, y la ubicación era conveniente. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel!

Estaba emocionado de quedarme en este hotel Curio en Seattle, pero debo decir que esta propiedad me decepcionó bastante. Las habitaciones parecían anticuadas y básicas, definitivamente esperaba más. En tiempos normales, la ubicación es conveniente, ya que está a poca distancia de Pike Place, pero ese fue el único punto positivo, desafortunadamente.

I was excited to stay at this Curio hotel in Seattle but must say I was pretty underwhelmed by this property. The rooms just seemed dated and basic, I was definitely expecting more. In normal times the location is convenient as it’s within walking distance to Pike Place but that was about the only positive point unfortunately.

It was our first time staying at this hotel with my family, and I can say that this hotel was excellent! Most especially with their amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, and gym. The rooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed. Their staff was very accommodating and friendly. The service was attentive and gracious, and the location was convenient at all. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Reasonable prices and great parking....once you can figure out the one way street situation (but I can't navigate so you may find it easier). Comfy beds and great toiletries. Was upgraded from standard room and it did not disappoint!

O que não é para gostar de um hotel quase novo que oferece uma taça de champanhe na chegada. Os quartos são espaçosos assim como os banheiros. A equipe foi muito boa em acolher os hóspedes que chegam e partem. Localização sábia isso não pode ser batida para os turistas: uma quadra para o trânsito e uma curta caminhada até o famoso mercado de Pike. O bar do terraço do último piso também contribui para as ofertas do hotel. Para jantar, eu apreciei as ofertas de café da manhã. Houve um leve cheiro de "tipo de fogueira fumaça" no lobby e elevadores níveis, não sei por que essa foi a única desvantagem.

Lo que no me gusta de un hotel casi nuevo que ofrece una copa de champán a su llegada. Las habitaciones son amplias al igual que los baños. El personal fue muy bueno en dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes que llegan y salen. En cuanto a la ubicación, esto no puede ser mejor para los turistas: una cuadra del tránsito y una corta caminata al famoso mercado de Pike. El bar en la terraza de la azotea se suma a las ofertas del hotel también. Para cenar, disfruté de las ofertas de desayuno. Había un ligero olor a "humo de fogata" en los niveles del vestíbulo y de los ascensores, sin estar seguro de por qué ese era el único inconveniente.

Buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y bonitas, una buena atención pero pésima limpieza en los cuartos y eso hecha a perder todo lo bueno. Pensé que había sido algo esporádico o mala suerte pero me cambiaron de habitación y fue lo mismo. No limpian bien los baños ni la alfombra y las camas son demasiado suaves no cómodas. Agradezco sus atenciones pero tiene un problema serio con la limpieza en habitaciones

What’s not to like about an almost brand new hotel that offers a glass of champagne upon arrival.The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms.The staff were very good at welcoming the arriving and departing guests.Location wise this cannot be beat for tourists:one block to the transit and a short walk to the famous Pike market.The rooftop terrace bar adds to the hotel offerings as well.For dining, I enjoyed the breakfast offerings.There was a faint smell of “campfire type smoke” in the lobby and elevators levels, not sure why that was the only downside.
