“This was my second time staying here and they definitely have roaches. The first time I was here I went to pee at night and when I turned the lights on there were roaches crawling on the wall. I accidentally booked this hotel again instead of the one in eastchase and forgot about the incident until I came back late one night, went into the bathroom, and saw 2 roaches crawling around the bathroom counter. The hallway stinks. The elevator is muggy and musty. All you see is the staff in the lobby sitting around and gossiping instead of working. It’s hard to get any towels and the rooms overall just didn’t feel clean anymore after seeing the roach issue. Definitely do not recommend.”

Esperamos mais de 3 horas para que alguém viesse consertar a TV que eles nunca fizeram, quando solicitei outro quarto, disseram-me que eles precisariam entrar em contato com o gerente porque fizemos o check-in às 2:25 e solicitei outro quarto às 6: 00 para que eles não pudessem mudar a sala até que falassem com um gerente. No entanto, informamos às 3:20 que a TV não estava funcionando e, depois de várias vezes, ninguém apareceu. Não fiquei nada satisfeito com o serviço. Eu nunca vou usar este tipo de hotel novamente. Prefiro gastar dinheiro alto para ficar confortavelmente em um hotel 5 estrelas.”
