“Hotel itself needs to be updated. However, Mrs Sylvia at the front desk was amazing. We stayed in room 215 on July 9th 2022. During checkin, Mrs Sylvia just made us feel at home. She is the reason this hotel got a 4 star rating from me. If it was not for her, I would give it a 2 star. The blankets were dirty, the carpet was stained. Overall, Mrs Sylvia a fantastic reason for us to return. Just maybe with our own blankets and pillows next time.”

“Amazing hotel ever on bush river. Customer service is way pass excellent. The rooms are always clean and there breakfast is always on point. This is my new place to come when I visit hands down 10 cross the board. Un hotel increíble en el río Bush. El servicio al cliente es excelente.
