It offers free Wi-Fi and a free 24-hour shuttle service to the airport and the METRO light rail station. All guestrooms at Phoenix Airport Sleep Inn provide hairdryers refrigerators microwaves and coffeemakers. Cable TV and ironing facilities also feature in the rooms. Guests are greeted with an evening reception Monday- Thursday of appetizers soft drinks and popcorn. For relaxation a swimming pool and a hot tub are also provided. “The staff was polite and helpful but the property is very small, dated, and needs a good cleaning. The location is fairly close to the airport but there isn't much in the immediate area aside from other hotels. The room and bathroom were very small for the price, but most of the hotels in the PHX airport area are overpriced. I can't recommend staying here unless you're traveling alone for one night and really just need a bed for the night.”

“Major upgrades & improvements needed. Honestly the only nice thing were the chrome dumbbells in the Fitness center. Oddly when I requested a room clean @ 11am the desk agent said I had to wait until the next day to get my room serviced. Requested xtra face rags & towels. They couldn't issue me any because I guess they were limited. If I wasn't on a budget I would've chosen another hotel. Had to change rooms because the room was not even serviced. Bed not made up, window open, covers on the counter. Needless to say I won't be staying there again.”
