“Pretty disappointing experience. During check in we waited for almost 10 minutes while our passports were copied and then check in seemed to take another 15 minutes. Our did not seem clean. All of the surfaces - table tops and cupboards were grimy. Bottled water in the room was clearly from the tap. It had the same smell and taste as tap water. As soon as you open the bottle you could smell it. It is fine to use tap water if it is properly filtered and treated but in this case something must be wrong. We have had great experiences staying at other Shangri-La hotels and at other 5 star hotels in Taiwan. Unfortunately this stay did not meet our expectations of the brand or of Taiwan”

“Overall experiences was wonderful in the hotel. My mind straightaway compares your hotel with that in Taipei, so, yours need some polishing up and that includes the sober looking mall too.”
