“I have been a pretty good customer but feel that the level of service this time around wasn't as good as expected. This was in regards to the food at breakfast as well as reception experience. To give examples: I requested an email bill which, despite confirming the email address at the time, never came to me. The options in terms of food were also limited compared to the buffet, despite the pricing being as expensive as with a full buffet, which I find disappointing considering the expected quality.”

“The breakfast service people were amazing. Truly a highlight for their warm hospitality... but 1200y for a coffee/1100y (~£8) for an orange juice is just crazy. The room was incredible - 100% get a garden view - and enjoy a relaxing bath/shower looking over the city. Also the television dubs the only English news (BBC) in Japanese and I could not for the life of me work out how to stop it. I could have asked but it was late... probably could have been fixed so my fault.”
