“Este hotel está sob todas as críticas. Há sujeira por toda parte, os tapetes dos corredores e dos quartos parecem saídos de um mercado de pulgas. O preço de um quarto é absolutamente horrível em comparação com o padrão, se você pegar 2100.- por um quarto, então minha experiência é que há pelo menos café no quarto. Aqui não há absolutamente nada. O check-in demorou mais de meia hora devido ao equipamento antiquado na recepção e à gentil equipe travando uma batalha estranha. O restaurante parece uma cafeteria medíocre e o bar lembra uma parada de caminhões. Muitas melhorias precisam ser feitas antes de entrarmos no Scandic novamente.”

“No amenities in the room not even a tissue box.
no information was given by front desk staff about hotel or things you can do around.
Staff was friendly but looked over worked. There is no possibilities for kids(3-9) to hang out. There is large lawn out side the rooms but what do you do with it? No room cleanings, no room service. No lifts at all
Breakfast was very good. Free car parks.
we paid 2880 Dkk for two nights, not really a best deal or value for money. We will not come back and will recommend only if you desperate to stay in Sønderborg area.”
