“The room itself was good and spacious. Certain items were missing though. Extra 5€ was requested if I want bathrobe and slippers. The reception guy seems to be a racist. The attitude wasn’t friendly and I felt like being interrogated.Too many questions about my Finnish employer, copy of passport, Finnish citizenship and social security number. The last sentence that I might take something from fridge and forget to pay really killed me. Come on, it’s not my first time at hotel and obviously I would pay if I take something from mini bar. Please provide customer friendly service, not interrogation instead!!!”
