Love this place!! So friendly and relaxing. Big resort so always somewhere to relax! Entertainment on every night always something different.. from singers to magicians. If that's not your thing they have a more chilled out bar on the terrace with a singer on. There is 4 pools so always plenty of room to sit in the day, and just out the back gates and over the road is a small beach. Buffet is a big selection with themed nights. There is a restaurant which you can book into for one meal included in your all inclusive package, lush food was lovely!. I loved my stay here and will 100% be returning.

Beautiful, relaxing. The area is amazing in terms of bedrock and ecosystem. One can get the ocean breeze, see the stars at night... amazing sunsets and sunrises (if you wake up for them) The animation team deserves the highest of fives (kids enjoyed the time spent with them) Minus points- condoning smoking literally everyhere.

Quiet and luxurous hotel with plenty of swimming pools (including 2 all-season warmed ones). All-inclusive is quite satisfying, all things considered. There is a huge nature reserve nearby with access to hotel guests only. Additional plus for spotters - planes are descending right in front of hotel (airport is within 15 minutes ride from the hotel).

É um hotel arquitetónicamente bem conseguido e enquadrado na dinâmica visual da região. Tem uma piscina aquecida com vista sobre o mar, tipo infinita. Não é um verdadeiro tudo incluído, mas nao falta quase nada. Tenho de colocar como negativo, o facto de não ter pelo menos mais uma piscina climatizada aquecida. Outra questão negativa, estando dentro da reserva natural de San Blas, a visita turística à mesma não é gratuita para os hóspedes, sendo que no site do hotel Isso não é referido e aparenta ser. Os Quartos são grandes e bem confortáveis, mesmo sendo um pouco datados. Em suma, não o classificaria como um verdadeiro 5*, faltando algum requinte e cuidado em alguns pontos.

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Our room was fantastic. However, the food was a bit monotonous and bland, it needed seasoning badly. But definitely recommend the tour in the museum in the hotel and the outside walk. The hotel is right next to the beach with a nice coastal walk. Free bus to the nearest town which was a good day out.

We had to stay one night on behalf of TUI as our original flight couldn't land in Boa Vista, the hotel we were put in was very nice, great modern rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, food was tasty and well presented. The layout of the buildings / resort is a bit confusing but we managed to find our way. We'll actually give it a proper go next summer 😉

We have been here 5 times now, relaxing place with fantastic views from the lobby bar. Rooms are always immaculately clean. We always ask for a room by the lake especially in LA block, very quiet and peaceful. The food is lovely too the best for all inclusive we have been, the salads are amazing. Well done to David and team, see you soon.
