For the price I paid, it's not bad, the room was okay, the only problem came from the street nosiy. The room was clean and the bathroom needs renovation but again, it's cleaned. THE ROOM WAS FRESH, there was a security guard on duty, and cameras everywhere including the parking lot. The location is close to everything I need, gas and food. The bed was comfy. I did one night

This place doesn’t deserve any stars!!!! This place is disgusting dirty smells like wet carpet and MOLD!!! The hotel(motel) is misleading and it’s false advertisement!!!! Stayed for four days and it was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made!!!!! We was really looking forward to the pool and was told it don’t work!!!!! To whomever own this DUMP please just shut it down and stop misleading people and taking people money and then adding numerous of fees upon check-in!!!!! Also they say no smoking you can smell smoke on almost every floor!!!!! I recommend to anyone that’s in that area please avoid this dump of a motel it doesn’t deserve to be a called a hotel!!!!!

The pictures did not fit what this place looked like. The carpets were either not cleaned or horribly stained. The entire building had a "run down" appearance. When dropped off by our Uber driver he asked if we were sure we wanted to get out because "this is a bad part of town". The door to the lobby was locked (it was 2 am) and we had to be let in by security. We saw no sign to state the name of the hotel. The staff was very nice though. The room was "clean" (Again very old carpet). The bed appeared new. Very comfortable. The hair dryer was melted. I did not attempt to use it.

The online profile is entirely misleading! The room and public areas look nothing like the photos. The rooms are old, dirty, and not maintained. The room keys wouldn’t operate the elevator or the room itself. Maintenance had to let us in twice. No one wears a uniform so you don’t even know who works there and who doesn’t. We just assume the guy offering to let us in our room worked there. The front desk had one person working on what could have been pajamas with ten people in line at a time. The check in process was daunting. The procedure was questionable. Scanning and swiping my card repeatedly without telling me what exactly it was for then taking my credit card and drivers license to make photo copies. When asked why they needed a copy of all of the contents of my credit card number she mumbled something about lots of places doing it. I had to ask for a receipt so I could make sure I know what’s being charged to my card since she clicked all of the prompts while running my card on the keypad herself. The amounts on the receipt are less than what my credit card holds currently are so that’s something in need to monitor. Not only did the room look nothing like the photos, we were also only given three tiny pillows for a king sized bed. Half the bathroom lights were out and the room actually smelled like B.O. Really regretted not sucking it up and paying more for a much nicer and closer hotel because it didn’t even save much money to stay in this much of a dump!

CHECK in is usually at 2:00pm but my family had to check in early at 11:00 AM due to circumstances ($30 fee i believe) Initially, we were supposed to be on the fourth floor but we changed it to the second floor to better accommodate my mother. We lived on the second floor, we were a family of four and stayed for a few days due to our home being fumigated so we needed a last minute place to sleep in 1. The AC in our room was amazing, very strong and powerful 2. Room service was spectacular 3. Parking on the inside is a little difficult and tight, but we found a way to park (3 cars) on the outskirts surrounding the main parking so it was no big deal 4. Security present; Police Presence 5. Front Desk was cordial and nice 6. Immediately near all the stores (especially Walmart) and beaches 7. Pool was closed no biggie 8. We paid overall around 280$ for our stay (3 nights)
